Good location if you like been in the middle of a busy shopping street, which we did. The apartment overlooked the street and we loved it. Little balcony where you could watch the world go by! The beds were very comfy and we had a good size bathroom. Lovely fresh towels daily. Breakfast brought to your room was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
Can't think of anything. Was perfect for our stay.

The property is clean and comfortable with all you need for a few days of vacations in Naples.
Unfortunately Via Chiaia is a quite noisy also during the night with people screaming and shouting all night long

Great location and super clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and transport links near by - port and underground. Plenty of shops around
The sockets to charge phones were few and high up. Tiles slippy in the bathroom Breakfast very basic

Good location, lots of shops, restaurants and sightseeing spots.
Poorly managed place, the superior studio we had was OK on first sight but had lots of inadequacies. The bathroom tiles are very slippery but there is nothing to prevent slipping, the shower floods and consequently the entire bathroom floods. We had to use all the towels to stop the water from going on to the wood floor. There is no place in the bathroom to hang anything or put any personal items. The kitchenette is a laugh, its useless since there were no utensils. The breakfast consists of microwaved boxed croissants, jam tins, some fruit and coffee. Passable but If you want some cheese or tomato its an extra 10 euros.
