This is a great location for boating, kayaking and canoeing! There is loads of space to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby. There is plenty of parking. The is a great location for two or three families to get away. This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults. Town of Fort Erie Licence No. STR-000086 and No. STR-00087 Other Things to Note: - The Town of Fort Erie Bi-Law requires the owner or operator shall maintain a register that contains the name and address of the Renter(s) and the names of any other Person or Persons who occupy the Premises overnight - We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always. - Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am. - There are outdoor security cameras at this home. They are in the parking area, facing the beach area and overlooking the pool and hot tub area. The cameras are not monitored and footage is only accessed if absolutely necessary for security, storms or Town By-Law - The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay. - When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees - Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay. - Smoking is not permitted inside - Small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area. - The BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use. - Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
