Located in Casas Adobes, this charming house for $190 per night is a great option for your next break. Summary: Casa Velo is a Mid-Century Modern home built-in 1965. This unique home features three bedrooms each well-appointed with a queen bed. There is also a queen size high quality Aerobed brand air mattress available that allows an additional two guests to sleep in the living room area. The Master Bedroom has a 3/4 bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. This home comfortably accommodates a family of eight or four individual couples sharing a residence during their trip to Tucson. Casa Velo has multiple outdoor living spaces including an outdoor kitchen, 4 person hot tub, fire pit, and water feature which further adds to the uniqueness of the property. The incredible custom metal artwork throughout the interior and exterior of the home is sure to impress you with its craftsmanship and attention to detail. Casa Velo include a desk with computer monitor with HDMI cable, remote keyboard/mouse, and color inkjet printer making this home and easy choice for those needing to work remotely during their stay. This home is equipped with Comcast’s 1 Gigabyte high speed internet offering you the fastest WIFI available in a vacation property in all of Tucson! Looking for a home for your wedding/graduation party/celebration of life event? Look no further, we allow events at our homes and have hosted several at this property! Guest Access: Parking available in driveway as well as in oversize 2 car garage available for guest use throughout their stay. There is a sliding gates which opens up to an Airstream RV we have installed permanently at the property. The Airstream RV is a segregated area on the property, but it does rent out separately so you may need to share the driveway during your stay. Guests in the RV will not access any portion of the house, the backyard or the hot tub. You can add the RV to your rental for $80/night plus a one time $80 cleaning fee if you want total privacy assuming it is not already reserved. Renting the RV will add 3 more beds and a full bathroom allowing the house to accommodate 12 guests. Other Things to Note: We can no longer accommodate early check in or late check out. We tried it and found it to be too disruptive to our operation. The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. Sorry :( If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay. There is an RV on the side of the house that rents out separately. Guests in the RV will not access any portion of the house, the backyard or the hot tub. The RV Guests will share the driveway but the area where the RV is located is separated from the rest of the property. You can add the RV to your rental for $80/night if you want total privacy assuming it is not already reserved. This property has a front gate camera that is remotely viewable and records upon seeing motion. The camera is not actively monitored but acts as a safety device to track and record who enters and exits the home should there ever be an issue. This camera is very conspicuous and is the only camera located at this property.

This house was ideal for 5 adults over the holidays. The backyard and the views from the living room are amazing. Important to note for future guests is that the house is lacking some vacation home essentials - be prepared to bring or buy all kitchen basics like oil, basic spices, coffee filters, etc. The home could use updated rugs, towels, and better bath products, plus reorganizing the kitchen cabinets which contain unnecessary items. Overall, it’s a comfortable home, just lacking the nice finishing touches that make vacation homes 5-star. While the host was quick to reply, unfortunately he miscommunicated about checkin time and did not respond in a professional manner or offer to address the inconvenience.

This property is both beautiful and comfortable. My husband and I stayed here for a week with our two young children. While the bedrooms were cozy and the views from the enormous living room windows were picturesque, we spent most of our time in the outdoor living areas. When traveling to Arizona, the pleasant climate begs to be enjoyed, and there are no better places to enjoy it than this property's multi-level patio, outdoor kitchen, and hot tub. We ate meals, played games, watched gorgeous desert sunsets, and spotted numerous constellations from the patio and hot tub. Our children loved seeing cacti and wild desert rabbits in their own back yard. The property manager is friendly and responsive. It is easy to access downtown Tucson and the entrance to Saguaro Nat'l Park from this property. I'd love to go back and stay for a month!

My family and a couple of friends needed a place to stay while we were in town for my dad's funeral. I was looking for a place were we could be together outside and chat or play a game together in the evening. The property was absolutely perfect for our needs particularly in the outside area because there were lots of places around the yard to have a smaller conversation or gather as a larger group. We loved the lower area with firepit and dining table to gather around for a meal and play a game. The inside of the house was very cool! It had a mid-century/modern vibe which we loved and huge picture windows overlooking the beautiful Arizona desert. Steve was very responsive and the instructions at the house were thorough so there was no need to contact him once we were there. The kitchen was especially well stocked in terms of any cooking items you might need and we did make a couple of meals there. I would highly recommend this stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This home is in a great location and close to wonderful restaurants and shops. The house is beautifully decorated and was very comfortable. We would have preferred a fully fenced backyard for our dogs, but we made do. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing vacation staying at Casa Velo and biking the loop nearby. The house was well situated in a quiet neighborhood with accessible bike trails and had lovely outdoor space complete with great landscaping and interesting artwork. Our hosts were very responsive throughout our stay - would definitely recommend!

Over all experience was great! Clean outdoor patio was awesome for gatherings speakers all through out, kitchen had everything was fully stocked. Dining table was big and great for a family dinner. Beds where super comfy. If your looking to lounge around in the living room this is not the spot couches were uncomfortable. Tv was outdated and speaker was blown out. Also washer didn’t work and was kinda bummed it would have been nice to wash before we left. Other then that our stay was great.
