Nestled in Glen Lake, this lovely house for $2,225 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Summary: Little Glen Cottage is a charming, newly remodeled 3 bed, 2 bath cottage right on Glen Lake. It's less than a 10 minute drive to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore (National Park) and the town of Glen Arbor. Swim in the lake, take a walk on the nearby hiking trails, or explore the acclaimed boutiques and restaurants of the town. Large Hot Tub with Bluetooth open year-round, Fire Pit; all the UpNorth things. The Space: This lakefront home is 1,965 square feet in size. Main level: Open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, living room with wood -burning fireplace and large windows facing the lake. Family room with TV, Bedroom with King bed, Full Bathroom, Laundry Room 2nd Floor: Two Bedrooms, both with 2 Queen beds, Full Bathroom There are 2 kayaks available for guests to use, as well as lifejackets. This property is outfitted with a back-up generator in case of power outages. Even for the hot tub. Just saying. Guest Access: Wintertime Guests: Welcome to northern Michigan, where our wintertime weather can swing from glorious to ferocious in a flash. Each of our properties has snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 3 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present. The Neighborhood: See the back side of the Sleeping Bear Dunes from the end of the dock! Other Things to Note: Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have sad, lonely barking dogs bothering our neighbors. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet. Pets must be secured on the premises or on a leash at all times. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. DOCK: The dock is available for use with guests' rental boats for 15 minute loading and unloading passengers, and a mooring ball just beyond it is available for mooring between boat rides. Winds and waves pick up super-quick and can cause damage to boats and docks. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues.

We loved our stay! The home is so pretty, right on the lake with an amazing view. All of the finishes and touches are luxurious and high quality, from pillows to bedding to towels to toilet paper. Communication was superb and check-in was very easy. Highly recommend!

We arrived right at Sunset on a windy day, and we were able to warm up next to a cozy fire. Day two, things cleared up and were treated to a quiet lake and bright stars from the hot tub. The picture window provided colorful sunrises. All while feeling close to everything: Hiking at Empire Bluff, and dinners at Funistrada, Arts and La Becasse.

The home is very clean, cute, with great lakefront. Good location, very nice that they allow dogs (hard to find lakefront properties that do!). We loved the fireplace and the fire pit - all the fall things we needed were there!

We loved the view of the lake. We rented a pontoon and anchored it out in front of the house. We had fun cruising and tubing all week with our four children.

The house was in excellent condition and extremely clean. It looks a house out of better home and gardening magazine. The view was great. Nothing blocking your view of the clear lake. It's set back from the road and was a very quiet location. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Water pressure was good.
The host did a great job of communicating with us. The check in process was easy and flawless. The house came with kayaks and outdoor games. No issues with the internet in case you need to work or stream.
I would definitely recommend this place and Glen Arbor. Great small town, but lots of great restaurants and close by towns to visit. The location is very close to the sleeping dunes. A must see.

This is a fabulous home in a great location with all the amenities you need. The layout is very convenient and we enjoyed the master bedroom and a bathoom downstairs with two bedrooms and bath upstairs. You can't beat the view- just beautiful!

We stayed for a long weekend with 3 generations of family for a trip up north. All in all, a pretty good trip.
The lake and area are beautiful, and the hot tub out back is modern and great. While the cleaning fee is extremely high, the place was immaculate when we arrived. The house seems to have been recently renovated and built out to accommodate more guests as a STR.
The kitchen is nice but very small and a bit oddly provisioned (e.g., about a dozen coffee cups but 4 wine glasses, and very limited cabinet space).
While recently renovated with new vinyl flooring and appliances, the plumbing on the house gave us trouble. We had an issue with the upstairs shower that made it (one of two showers) temporarily unusable. The management company responded quickly to VRBO messages (no phone contact is provided) but wasn’t able to get someone out until the next day.
During our stay there was construction on one side of the house and a surprising amount of nighttime activity at the public boat launch on the other side.

Beautiful setting right on Little Glen Lake...perfect environment to relax, kick back on the dock, enjoy time kayaking on the lake, or venture out to neighboring towns, restaurants, and activities. Short drive to Glen Arbor, Empire, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and M-22 if you're up for a winding scenic drive. Walking distance to the Narrows Marina where we rented jet skis to explore both parts of Glen Lake. We really enjoyed our getaway and Katy and team were extremely responsive before and during the stay!

If you're looking for a fun and relaxing lake vacation in Michigan, this is your spot! Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this quaint and beautifully remodeled lakefront cottage. Activities on Little Glen Lake and neighboring Glen Lake are bountiful with kayaks on-site and boat rentals at nearby On the Narrows Marina. Close proximity to Sleeping Bear Dunes and hiking trails and only a short drive to both Empire and Glen Arbor town centers. We can't wait to return!

The house was new and updated, close to town, on the water. It was a perfect place to gather as a family and grill out, kayak, read a book on the dock or sit by the fire. It was clean and had everything you needed for a great stay!

The view of the lake was beautiful and calming, the fireplace was cozy after a long day of winter hiking, and the hot tub was incredibly relaxing. The beds were also so comfortable and we all slept beautifully. The owner was friendly and so responsive and polite. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!!

The house was very clean and beautifully furnished with a well stocked kitchen. We loved the hot tub on the chilly evenings and the opportunity to light a fire in the fireplace. They even had warm Christmas decorations up for our arrival on Christmas day!
