Stunning location, a feeling of peace and beauty

Fabulous location and lovely having your own front door to your living accommodation As everyone comments the breakfasts were superb, but so too were our hosts Mena and Ken who couldn’t do enough for us.

Will definitely stay again and don’t hesitate to book you won’t regret

Just amazing. Mena and Ken are incredible hosts and their property is beautiful with a gourmet breakfast served every morning. 5 min from airport and nestled on a very quiet street in the trees very close to the Bay.

A beautiful property set in a lovely quiet location minutes from the bay and beach. Very hospitable friendly owners, knowledgeable about the area and the island. Excellent breakfasts carefully thought out and served with care and attention.

Beautiful clean room Beautiful location ,the hosts went above and beyond to make us comfortable, the gourmet breakfasts Mena created were incredible, we would definitely go back .

Wonderful! We would definitely come back as well as recommend to friends.

The hosts were amazing. The food was incredible and fine tuned for various dietary needs. It is in a stunning neighbourhood with quick access to a beautiful beach. It is a quiet area with friendly folks.

These were minor but the middle room was a bit noisy on the first night as it is right belown the dining/living room. All quiet by 11:00pm. The other nights were fine. There is no external window in this particular room but fortunately had a screen so we could have the door open at night.

Comfortable, quiet and relaxing

Host was super friendly and accommodating for dietary needs. Breakfast was lovely, served on a nice raised patio and enough to last the whole day! Location was lovely, quiet and close to the beach. Would not hesitate to stay again.

A hidden gem

Breakfast was very tasty & Mena was able to accommodate making it available earlier than their usual 9 am sitting. Beautiful beach within 2 mins walk. Appreciated the coffee maker & small fridge, as well as a bottle of organic sparkling juice. Very Spacious suite.

Both Ken and Mena were wonderful hosts and we were able to enjoy a great conversation with them!

The breakfast was superb and special Italian egg dish with a sausage. It was very delicious. Also I gave my food insensitivities before we arrived. Mena knew how to accomodate for GF etc. We felt very welcomed with fresh flowers, a bottle of sparkling pear upon our arrival. Also there were cozy robes available for our use. Very nice!

Overall it was convenient and Mena was super friendly and hospitable

The breakfast was excellent tasted really good and was accommodating to my early needs.

I didn’t have a window in the room so it got quite stuffy with the heat that I had to turn off and there was no TV in the room which wasn’t terrible but sometimes it would be nice just to be able to relax and watch some thing.

It is truly a place to breathe.

Super clean-the cleanest place we have stayed with years of traveling. The room has everything one needs plus extras like chocolate and sparkling juice. The breakfast is very delicious with fresh home made food served beautifully like a fine restaurant and menu changes too.😆 it is very quite so a good night sleep is guaranteed. The hosts are very helpful if anything needed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Comox Valley. Thank you, Mena and Ken.

A lovely place to stay at beautiful Kye Bay, with wonderful hosts.

The suite was very clean and comfortable, decorated with beautiful linens and tasteful west coast art. The entire property is immaculate, with beautiful gardens and steps away from the beach. Mena and Ken are attentive and charming hosts, and the breakfasts Mena prepared are delicious and could be featured on the cover of Bon Appetite!

Fantastic stay in a quiet beautiful location very close to ocean.

Amazing, unique and delicious breakfasts served in a beautiful dining room. Hosts very friendly. Room cozy, well decorated. Bed comfortable. Location beautiful and quiet.

No closet or tv. Require car to access, not an issue for us but may be to some.

I would recommend anyone who want to be close to the ocean and see the wildlife in the area.

Breakfast was great and the host was very accommodated and very informative. Very easy to talk to and give us a lots of information about the area .

It would be nice to be a little closer to some of the amenities and a tv for the evening is also nice to have

Mena was very helpful. She gave us some excellent advice on things to see and do.

The breakfast was excellent!! Mena and Ken made excellent breakfasts and a different one every day.The other guests were quite entertaining as well.

The best of the best!

We were treated like royalty by Mena, Ken and Kye! They have a beautiful home that they share with the guests and treat them like family! The breakfast was beyond our expectations... one great cook! We met the other guests during our breakfasts and we had some robust very friendly conversations. We cannot wait to return, thank you for your sharing your very special home!

gorgeous location, close to town, parking available, very accommodating and welcoming hosts, room was very comfortable and had everything, lovely balcony to enjoy, food was amazing, helpful tips on surrounding area, excellent value!!
