Summary: Sabino Velo Fully Furnished Luxury Tucson Vacation Rental Sabino Velo is a classic 1973 Tucson slump block constructed home on the outside which has been completely remodeled on the inside. The entire interior contains all new furnishings and appliances and features a Mid Century modern theme. This unique home features four bedrooms three of which are well-appointed with queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. The Master Bedroom has a private 3/4 bathroom and the other three bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom near the kitchen. Air mattresses in the closets allow another 3 or 4 children to sleep in the living room. The home has a large backyard with heated pool, brand new 6 person hot tub, and a built in grille and a fire pit to take advantage of Tucson’s year-round outdoor living. The home’s 2 car garage comes complete with a fully stocked bicycle shop. This home comfortably accommodates up to four couples sharing a residence during their trip to Tucson. Sabino Velo include a desk with computer monitor with HDMI cable and remote keyboard/mouse making this home and easy choice for those needing to work remotely during their stay. This home is equipped with Comcast’s 1 Gigabyte high speed internet offering you the fastest WIFI available in a vacation property in all of Tucson! For fellow cyclists looking to set up base camp for training, this home is located 4.5 miles from Catalina Highway which takes you up Mount Lemmon, Tucson’s premier climb with 7,000’ of climbing . For runners, Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is 4 miles away which offers excellent trail running and hiking. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and many of Tucson's premier restaurants are nearby, as well. Text as much or as little as you want throughout your stay, we are happy to answer questions about the property and the area to make sure you have a great experience at our home while visiting Tucson! Looking for a home for your wedding/graduation party/celebration of life event? Look no further, we allow events at our homes and have hosted several at this property! Guest Access: Parking on site in large driveway as well as 2 car garage available for guest use. Other Things to Note: We can no longer accommodate early check in or late check out. We tried it and found it to be too disruptive to our operation. The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. Sorry :( If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay. The pool is heated to 80 Deg F all year no additional charge. We charge $50/day if you would like pool temp above 80 Deg F

Loved the property for the most part and would book it again. For the cost though i didn't think we should have to clean all the funiture, tables etc outside. They hadn't been wiped of dirt for a long time. Inside of house was great and clean. Also gave a short list of things that should be addressed on the inside of property. These people will take care of it im sure.

I held my ring ceremony and reception for my wedding at the house and it was amazing. The back yard space is beautiful and spacious. The house was the perfect size and was very accommodating. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

This home exceeded my expectations. It was exactly as described and more! From the resort style backyard to all the beautiful finishes inside, it was perfect for my adult children, 14 month grandson and dog. It would have also been perfect for my 85 year old mother. We will return with her in tow next time. 😊 Thanks again!

My siblings and I just spent an early Thanksgiving with our 87-year-old mom who lives in Tucson. Sabina Velo was beautiful, with classy decor and a great layout. The 4 of us had our own rooms and my brother was able to bring his dog. We thought the place was well-stocked, in a convenient location (and only 7 minutes from my mom's house), and had lots of comfortable seating areas, inside and out. The beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean. The pool wasn't heating higher than 68 degrees, but after contacting the manager, a pool repairman came the same day. We were able to enjoy the pool for the rest of our 4-day stay, though 80 degrees for us was a little on the cool side unless it was over 90. I appreciated the quick response. My one regret was that we bought wood for the fire pit but never got around to hanging out there at night; I hope the next guests can enjoy it.

Large, comfortable property as shown in listing. Spacious living space and bedrooms. Backyard slightly smaller than appears in photos but still a large backyard with privacy. Pool clean and enjoyable. Kitchen well stocked. Coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils. Have a Sonos music system you can log in to which is cool. There's also a printer if you need one. Master bed comfortable and we like having the ceiling fan. Very quiet neighborhood. Didn't get a response to a question prior to our arrival that would have been helpful. Great for small parties! Really lovely space. Would rent again!

This was our temporary home for 2 weeks after relocating to Tucson. The property was clean, nicely updated, well-stocked, and had an amazing pool and backyard to enjoy. The location was perfect for us and would highly recommend! The owners were very responsive to the silly questions I had. We were able to have family over for lunch/dinner without fear of being charged extra like some other rental properties. Once again, would highly recommend!

We couldn't have been happier with our month-long stay at Sabino Velo. It worked beautifully when it was just the two of us, and equally well when family came to visit. Joe and Gina, the caretakers, were lovely to work with and responsive to those few questions we had. Steve is a gracious host and his properties are attractive, well-maintained and homey.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabino Velo and will return again. It is just as described, full of amenities in a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. Sabino Canyon recreational area is very nearby, as is Whole Foods and many coffee and restaurant choices. Tucson can be a pain to drive in, but this location makes it easy. Also a short ride to the Loop, with easy access east to Mt. Lemmon or west to Oro Valley. We highly recommend this home!

The house was contemporary modern inside, freshly remodeled. Bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was fully furnished. Back yard has a small swimming pool with heater. There is also a fire pit that was nice on the cool evenings. Property manager was responsive when we contacted him. Definitely recommend this house!
