Upon entry, the main floor open plan layout invites our guests to relax in the living room with a Smart TV and streaming apps, entertain at the dining table that seats 6 and a peninsula with 3 additional stools, and enjoy a coffee overlooking the marina and outdoor pool which are basically your backyard! The kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances with filtered refrigerator water and air fryer technology with the oven. There’s a half-bathroom, coat closet, and access to the 1-car garage. The second-floor sleeps 6 beginning with a spacious landing that houses a twin daybed with a trundle bed and lounge chair. Sliding glass doors lead out to an open-air balcony with four chairs so you could end the evening star gazing. The Primary Bedroom has a queen bed, double closet, dresser, nightstands, picture windows with room darkening shades, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, a walk-in closet, room darkening shades, and a ceiling fan. A full bathroom with a tub and removable shower head is also on this floor. Experience a tranquil nearby pleasure hike at Orchard Beach State Park or Magoon Creek, or plan longer hikes or biking within 20-minutes with the many 'choose your own' Manistee National Forest adventure trails. Take advantage of "cheater" camping at Nordhouse Dunes, go on a kayaking or tubing adventure on the Manistee River, or use Fall as the excuse to drive up M-22 for the most vivid, picturesque Fall color tour, visiting the darling seaside towns along the way.
