The location is perfect, in the middle of the rice field. So quite yet at 5 minutes walking to/from the lively center of Ubud. Lots of little warungs nearby to eat. The staff is super kind and helpful.

Accommodation is 15 minutes walk from the main road in Ubud with no car access but when we arrived owners came to pick us on their bikes and carried our luggage which was very helpful and nice :) place is hidden in a beautiful quiet area and it was really peaceful and quiet in the night which is very rare in Bali 😅

I absolutely adored this accomodation. The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful from the get go — in particular Candra was great. The rooms were clean and bright, but the curtains blocked out a lot of light if you wanted a sleep in. It was lovely sitting by the pool right outside my room too. The location was excellent (so excellent that I booked my next accommodation a few doors down) as it was hidden in the quiet rice fields but still walking distance to the main street. One of my favourite parts was eating almost daily at the Warung attached - the food was delicious and super affordable. Would definitely stay here again.
The bathrooms could use a little bit of an upgrade and a deep clean, but they were completely useable

The main thing I loved about this place was the beautiful rice field views. The location is also relatively close to the center of Ubud, although it is not very accessible. Cars cannot reach the property, and walking there can be difficult, especially at night, as the roads are very narrow and there is very little lighting, so only access is motorbike.
Unfortunately, there were several issues with the property itself. The bathroom had a noticeable humidity smell, some parts of the walls were falling apart, and the bed was quite hard (attaching some pics)
However, the most disappointing part of my stay was my experience with the management. I asked if I could extend my stay for one more night because I was enjoying Ubud, and I was told that my room was available. When I came back to pay for the additional night, I was told that the room had already been sold to someone else. This was very frustrating, especially because I had specifically asked about availability beforehand and was given the answer that I could stay.
Overall, while the rice field views are beautiful, I believe there are better hotels and villas in the area, especially in terms of accessibility, maintenance, and management.
