About this condo rental

Located in Balboa Peninsula, this lovely condo for $150 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Beachin' It is a tastefully decorated, large, clean beach Studio. It's located in the same triplex as Coastal Serenity. It is downstairs in the back of the unit and comes with access to a washer and dryer. The Studio has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook meals or to simply relax with a cup of coffee. All set up supplies are included. There is a Queen Bed and also a Twin Bed in the unit. The living room area offers a sofa, 2 chairs and coffee table and also a large dresser for clothing storage. On top of the dresser is a large flat screen t.v. with cable. A storage closet outside the front door offers beach chairs, an umbrella, an ice chest, all accessible for your days at the beach. The entrance is off the alley. The decor is done in corals, turquoise and natural materials. The beds are very comfy with fluffy pillows and soft sheets and bedding. Parking is available free of charge on the streets surrounding the bungalow. There are also some metered spots and the ability to purchase a parking pass through the City of Newport Beach should you desire for those longer stays. The neighborhood is full of excitement with trendy restaurants and bars, or if you prefer something more relaxing, you can enjoy bike rides or walks along the beautiful boardwalk of Newport Beach. The sand and ocean are just a few houses away down the alley. Everything you need is within walking distance from this amazing beach bungalow. This property is perfect for a romantic getaway, a few friends, a small family, or a professional just wanting to hang out near the sand and the ocean. Perfect location to walk to the beach, local restaurants, and the Newport Peninsula Pier. As a local owner, I am also available to help with restaurant choosing, bike rental suggestions etc. You can be rest assured you will be very welcomed. Come and take a load off and enjoy yourself at this fully equipped Studio Bungalow just steps from the sand in Newport Beach.

This is a fantastic place for short or long stays. I stayed a month and would've stayed longer, but I'm on a 6th month journey through CA and this was my first place. The beach is less than a block away, the neighbors are nice, and there are all kinds of great restaurants and shopping a very short walk away as well. The hosts were super sweet, attentive, responded quickly, and provided a welcome gift of goodies. They also have a great attention for detail and provided the place with everything I needed for a long stay. They even provided things that aren't listed on the listing! All you literally need to bring is your toothbrush, toothpaste, and a bathing suit! They could train other hosts who have properties how to host properly! Also, this is a well laid out space and was comfortable. There is a good sized kitchen that's fully stocked, so I was able to cook full meals 2-3 times a day and had everything I needed. This is a fantastic place and you'll enjoy your stay!
