Air-conditioning worked well. We arrived early around 11AM and was able to check in immediately. Price was good considering the location (pretty close to old city center). The room was away from the main road so traffic noise was pretty minimal (I had a room in this hotel last year right by the main road and that was really horrible at times)
No refrigerator in the room (I believe the twin room I stayed last year had a fridge). Wifi was a bit slow and unstable at times. If your room is a bit peripheral (like my colleague's Room 106), you may have to situate yourself close to the door to get good wiki.

The morning receptionist was exceptionally kind and caring. She noticed that my young daughter was not feeling well and showed genuine concern, which meant a lot to us. Her kindness made our stay much more comfortable. The hotel also has a good location and a pleasant atmosphere.
The shower and the refrigerator in our room were not working properly, which was inconvenient.

The hotel was in a great location (10 minute walk to the city center), the bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked extremely well!

It was cheap compared to other options in Aix.
The room was very small, the bathroom was small, I almost didn't fit in the shower. The bed was thin and stiff, very uncomfortable.
