Very good hotel, room comfortable and clean, nice amenities, very good buffet breakfast.
The parking was quite expensive and a bit tricky to access.

The room was nice sized and clean. We really enjoyed the pool and patio area. The staff was very nice and helpful. Nice clean hotel with good parking accommodations. The small bar was good too.
The A/C didn't work well. The clerk came up but it was still hot all night, never cooled off.

Breakfast was OK but poorly managed. The underground car park was easy to access and also spacious. Room was clean and tidy.
Staff were disinterested and not particularly welcoming. The arrival parking arrangements were very poor. Hotel staff should have removed the posts around the hotel lay by so cars didn't block access. Hot breakfast ran out because staff failed to check the dishes regularly and advise the kitchen BEFORE the hot breakfast ran out not AFTER.
Hotel is some distance from the city centre.
No proper food in restaurant on Sunday but , in summer there are many restaurants in the old city centre- if you can find ssomewhere to park. The city centre has rising bollards restricting city centre access. Not easy for disabled drivers.
