The staff was very friendly. Without asking , they made the kid chair every morning available for the breakfast. The gym is a small room , but was very practical. The room climate was perfect for sleeping. Most importantly , you could spend a very calm , relaxing day by simply finding a tree shadow within the green area just in front of hotel. For us , with an 8 months old baby, that was an amazing opportunity of spending the day.
We arrived around 7pm and right after check in , we had to start baby sleeping routine. While taking bath for baby , we were called from reception that they gave us the wrong room. So we had to repack everything , and move to another room. Indeed they gave us enough time for relocation but with baby and during those hours it was not helpful at all. We were expecting some sort of gesture ( not just a ‘sorry for the mistake ‘ , maybe minibar free for one day . But it did not happen.

Frühstück top & Personal sehr nett. auch die sehr späte Anreise wurde möglich gemacht. Das angeschlossene Parkhaus (dass sich mehrere Hotels teilen) ist ebenso ein Pluspunkt. Denn wir waren nur auf der Durchreise.
Ansonsten gute Lage genau am Kurpark in Bad Griesbach. Für Golfer und Thermenbesucher sicher ideal.
Unser Zimmer war recht alt und anscheinend schlecht isoliert gegen die Wärme, die einige Tage vorher noch draussen vorherrschte. Auch großzügiges Lüften half nur kurz. Das Zimmer war sehr aufgeheizt.
Da es nur für eine Nacht war, aber kein Problem.
