The location was very good - only about a 10 minute walk into the city centre
We would have liked to have been given the gate code to the car park before arrival so we could have pulled in there to wait for someone to meet us to hand over the keys rather than have to wait on the street which was busy with traffic accessing the nearby businesses

Apartment is a good size gas all the amenities
The bathroom was an issue, no rubber on shower screen so water goes everywhere and looked like it had been for a while as pan eroded had signs of repeated water damage which made bathroom smell damp and silverfish seen both nights due to this then the water was only freezing in last morning
Bed also on the softer side

Positives:
Location was very good, 10 mins from the city center & 5 mins from supermarkets.
The site manager that met us was welcoming and checking in was straight forward.
The flat was clean & a good size.
Negatives;
The directions to the apartment were misleading as it said that the main entrance is next to Nationwide Building Society, which doesn't exist in that building. We ended up phoning the site manager.
There was no where to hang coats.
There was no waste bin in the bathroom.
The bedroom didn't have a stool or chair to put clothes on.
We only had 1 hand towel between 2 of us. (I did ask for another but nothing was done)
The kitchen was poorly equipped if you want to prepare any meals. Missing items: Tin opener, Cheese grater, microwaveable containers, sieve, measuring jug, potatoes peeler, weighing scales, an oven tray and washing up bowl. There were only 2 mugs as well.
The microwave was rusty inside.
