Lovely warm and comfortable apartment
Temp control wasn’t working in the Shower in main bathroom. Radiator in en suite bathroom was leaking slightly. Shower head in en suite bathroom couldn’t stay in holder instructions about how to control the heating were incorrect.

It was a place to stay
The flooring throughout the property had quite a lot of damage, which unfortunately made it look dirty and worn. There were also clear signs of water damage in the kitchen, with the skirting boards swollen and broken.
The tabletop in the dining area was also heavily damaged, with chips and marks throughout, which again made the area look unclean even though it may simply be due to wear and tear.
There were no side tables or a coffee table available, meaning there was nowhere convenient to put down a hot drink. This was quite inconvenient, as you were left having to hold your drink.
In the master bedroom ensuite, the shower wand holder/pole was broken. As a result, the shower wand would either flop down or point towards the ceiling, making it very difficult to use properly.
The master bedroom could also benefit from having a TV. I appreciate that this may not be listed, but nowadays many people like to relax and watch TV in the bedroom, so it would be a welcome addition.
Overall, the property had some good features, but the amount of visible damage and wear to the flooring, kitchen skirting boards and dining table really affected the overall appearance and made the property feel less clean and well maintained than it could have been.
