I loved how the hotel blended well with the outdoors. I loved all of the stairs. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was very good.
It was a bit loud with the road noise. After the first night I asked to be moved to the backside of the hotel which was much quieter.

The staff and facilities are amazing! But day 2 the staff at breakfast knew exactly how I took my coffee and it was delivered to my table without me even having to request it!
The staff organisation was incredible,every need was taken care of and the Onsen and Wellness facilities are top level and all included. The best Pad Thai in Thailand!!!! Loved everything, can't wait to be back again for a rest and recharge. Thank you Team Hilltop! The price was very affordable and the rooms were very comfortable.
