We had a wonderful stay at Pernera Beach 33 and would absolutely recommend it!
The location is amazing - the villa is just a 3-minute walk from Polyxenia Beach, which was one of our favorite beaches in Cyprus. It’s beautiful, very clean, and surprisingly uncrowded. Right by the beach, Isaak restaurant and bar is a great place for delicious food and drinks. There are also several other restaurants, shops, grocery stores and a pharmacy just a few meters away, so everything you might need is within walking distance.
The villa itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and we really enjoyed the nice outdoor barbecue area. All the rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, and the bedrooms have lovely balconies. There was always hot water with good water pressure, the internet worked perfectly, and the TV had cable channels.
But what made our stay even better was the host. Very communicative, friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed anything.
Overall, it was a perfect place for our Cyprus holiday- beautiful beach, fantastic location, comfortable villa and a great host. We would definitely stay here again! 🇨🇾❤️

I really liked the location, it was very close to: Polyxenia Restaurant, the beach, the pool, and some shops. The villa is well equipped, we even found plug adapters, which we had completely forgotten to bring. Comfy beds, each room has its own AC.
Sometimes, there was a noise from a nearby air conditioning unit. The bathroom and kitchen were clean, but a bit more attention to detail would make them even better. If you accidentally leave the key inside after closing the front door, there's no way to get back in.

The beach near the property was beautiful.
The property was newish and spacious.
The main issue was the noise. We slept
one night out of the 10 nights we ended
up staying (we left early). The reasons for
the noise were people parking right outside
the villa to go the the NAVA club round
the corner and coming back shouting all
through the early hours of the morning,
dogs barking, mopeds with cut off exhausts
driving up and down the street, neighbours
banging the doors which echoes like mad.
The windows are paper thin and let in all
of this noise. Even our teenage children
could not sleep. The air conditioning blows
directly onto the bed and is rickety and
noisy.
