We loved how clean and fully equipped the property was!
We also loved the location even though it can get noisy in the summer.
I think in the off season of Protaras this may be a little bit quieter but I'm not sure.
The overal cleanliness, location, facilities etc were great.
The host was also really supportive in helping us get the keys after check in hours.
Overall I really enjoyed our stay.
I do think some things to consider if you are travelling from abroad or have a family are:
1. The noise during peak season in Protaras (i'd say definitely in summer, it can get loud but it's not always loud in the area. It may be good to check if there are concerts nearby at the spot that's very close by called: NAVA SEASIDE

2. If you have a family with kids or have any knee or joint issues it may be worth requesting a bottom floor since there are two sets of stairs to get to the first floor. Honestly nothing detairing about it unless you need to carry things or have pains and aches.

The location was perfect, the apartment was very large. Balcony had a sea view, had really good amenities nearby. Facilities of the flat was also very good
Some of the furniture such as the sofa was not very clean.
