Exceptional

The place was very clean and loved that.

A little pricy especially with the extra fee for my small therapy dog.

It was a nice stay in a nice room.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It had a full-size refrigerator in the kitchen, which was nice.

They have soft water, so it felt like I wasn’t getting the soap off of me in the shower. That’s my only real complaint.

Close enough for dinner, etc. and far enough away from hustle and bustle.

Realize I was in a handicap room, but a shower drain in the middle of the bathroom was a little strange.

The room was nice and big, with a kitchen. Full refrigerator and a cook top.

There was no hot breakfast.

Very clean rooms and great staff, but noise level on first floor was very bad.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly and responsive!

I had to stay on the first floor because I was traveling with a small dog and it was Uber loud! The rooms above and the hallways were loud throughout the night and I couldn’t sleep.

The room was nice but we will probably net stay there again.

we liked having a mini kitchen right in the room. the bed was very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean.

The bathroom light and fan automatically turned on when you entered. Room lights shut off automatically and you had to go to the entry area to get them to come back on. Very loud commotion at about 1:30 am. Woke us up and was hard getting back to sleep.

Breakfast is very spartan. Also, it was raining when we arrived. No covered receiving area to unload under. Not a great way to start our stay.

This hotel is very clean, bright, new and very comfortable.

the property was so clean, and newly renovated/built. it is a non-smoking building too. it felt good to stay somewhere that didn’t stink like people used to smoke there 20 years ago. the room was very spacious and included a full size fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave. the hotel offered many appliances you can borrow as well. a simple continental breakfast is offered, which includes muffins, waffles, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, cereal, oatmeal. breakfast is offered from 6:00-9:00am

it was easy to hear other guests. nothing disturbing, but we could hear people in the next room coughing at night, and talking in the hallway (and they were not loud at all). The hotel could benefit from some sound proofing.

No meats or eggs. Nothing in the kitchens to cook our diet based foods. No dishware and cookingware.

High Value service at a great cost

Staff was absolutely lovely and most accommodating. They are always available in a number of ways and went out of their way to make our stay great

There was a very loud family above us. No fault of the staff, and they were able to help us get some sleep.

Very good stay overall...able to get a good nights sleep as well as work in the hotel...

The breakfast was adequate but expected more...basic...cold cereal, fruit juice and coffee is basic...wished for something hot but it was all good end enough to last till lunch

Not worth the money. Very disappointed. Won’t be back or recommend.

The room was not clean. We had candy and hair on the carpet. The room smelled and we asked for towel, toilet paper and soap. We were told to come down and get it ourselves. When we went down we were told they were out of towels. We paid $607 for three nights. I think we should have been given some towels and soap for that much money.

Confusion about pet pricing.actual vs bookings price. Cold breakfast Noise from upstairs room Poor cellular phone signal and unable to pickup signal for house wifi
