Bon accueil - lit très confortable - propreté impeccable - Très bon petit-déjeuner pour ce type d’hôtel

Hôtel rénové: Le bain, la robinetterie ainsi que la toilette pourraient être changés, quoique propres mais ne sont plus au goût du jour, en comparaison au reste de la chambre.

Always a great stay. little mistaken identity this time

As always clean and comfortable plenty of towels great place to stay

My only issue this time and just being the only issue anytime is I was apparently mistaken for another guest from a previous day and was told that I had left a room in a very unkept State the last time I was there. Disgusted with management turned out it was something else but regardless it's sometimes distressing

Great Value!

This hotel was wonderful in all respects. Also, the price was half of that of other hotels in the area that had higher ratings. I actually couldn't understand why the place was so cheap.

The only thing I'm not including in this review is the breakfast. I rarely eat hotel breakfasts and limit myself to a glass of juice and a cup of yogurt.

Really great.

Building was in the process of being refurbished and it's beautiful.

the breakfast was a little lacking. Food not terribly warm, Breakfast meat was a little sparce.

Recently renovated..very nice..comfortable

My fault..should have asked to stay on side away from traffic..I81 extremely noisy all night..having said that. Easy access to highway!

Very nice hotel, good location and super comfortable bed!

OMG the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel! 5 stars alone for the bed. Staff was friendly, check-in and out was easy, parking was easy, room was big and clean, shower/bathroom light was a little dim but was a good size for a solo travel.

My room was on the ground floor, so my window opened up to the little courtyard/walking area. I didn't realize it the first night and just saw a gigantic looming shadow walking past and it scared me half to death, so unfortunately I spent my entire stay with my window closed. Not a deal breaker since I was in and out most of the trip, but a bit of a bummer when I did want some sun light.

Overall, very good, worth the money and I will likely be back the next time we travel North.

The breakfast meant expectations for a continental breakfast. The coffee was very good - hot and black. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable.

The shower did not have enough pressure nor enough water. Also the hot water was not very hot. This was the main/only issue with our stay...I like a hot shower before going to sleep and this shower did not meet expectations.

Staff was friendly. That's about all that made the stay here ok.

Breakfast was typical hotel fair. Location was perfect. Enjoyed visiting Carlisle.

Hotel was overall very dirty. The room was falling apart. Shelf in closet fell off wall when I set a pair of pants on it. Carpet runner caught on my sock and popped off exposing sharp screws. No hot water in room. Clearly was not cleaned properly. And wasn't offered any discount. Disappointed!!

The car theme! each room number was a different car i thought that was cool. the place was very clean and they lobby looked really nice.

Quick check in.

Couldn't find anyone, when it was time to leave. So I hope it was ok, I just dropped the key in the clear box. Would have been nice to have a remote in the room. Couldn't watch TV.

The location was close enough to the event I was attending.

I was charged twice for the hotel. Booking.com and The hotel both charged me. I tried to call the hotel to dispute the charge and no one answered. I had to file a complaint with the credit card company.

Friendly staff, the rooms where nice for the most part, good location.

You can tell the floors and minni fridge amd microphone where not clean. The bathroom and tile when you first walk in was dirty. In the bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower.

Comfortable beds, needs a little more attention to room amenities.

located right off the interstate, and the staff was attentive to our needs, bringing towels that were needed.

The bathroom door did not close, The room had only one hand towel, that appeared to have been used. The shower didn’t have a place to put your soap or shampoo.
