I booked this place for family who were attending my son's wedding celebration. They were very happy with the comfort and niceties in this rental.

The house was as described. It was very helpful to have a walk in shower as half of our group was over 75 years old. The kitchen was large and there was plenty of seating for everyone. No one complained about their beds and we found all the towels we needed. The area is very quiet and the backyard is the perfect spot to listen to birds sing at sunrise.

Because we all come from different areas (Arizona, Texas,Chicago) it was great to be together in a home like environment. From check in to leaving this BNB rates 100% from us. It was clean and well stocked with items we needed for a relaxing and fun week. Thanks from our family!

Property was spacious with plenty of room for the family, kitchen was well stock with plenty of dishware, pots and pans, the office/workstation was perfect for remote work. We did not use the backyard during this trip. Location was great, close to many restaurants. Communication with the host was timely and extremely helpful. Will return for our next trip.

My family came down from Ohio to visit me for my birthday. There was a total of 5 people in their party and they were very comfortable and extremely happy with the house, its amenities, and its cleanliness. It's in a great location close to stores, restaurants, and the highway if you're planning a quick trip to White Sands, Cloudcroft, or Ruidoso. The neighborhood is very nice, close to golf courses and walking trails, and it gives you a real sense of safety so you can truly relax and enjoy yourself. The home owner is very nice, courteous, and accommodating. If you decide to book this house for a place to stay you will not be disappointed. I think it was money well spent and I'm sure I will book it again for my family when they come to visit in the future.

This 4 bedroom 3 .5 bath house was perfect for my family. The experience was made very easy by our contact person. Not only is the house perfect for all, but the location was as well. Close to shopping, restaurants, this house was in a quiet area.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this VRBO! It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We actually enjoyed the house, had down time and enjoyed the beautiful night sky on the patio with the view of the city lights. The amenities had everything we needed and more. It was nice to be able to spend time with a family of six and this house was able to accommodate all of us with just the right amount of space.
