We stayed here for one night because we needed a place close to Napoli Centrale after arriving from Amalfi, and it was absolutely perfect for that. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from the station, which made everything super easy, especially since we had an early trip to the airport the next morning.
The apartment was clean, comfortable, affordable, and exactly what we needed. It even had a lovely balcony with a real neighbourhood feel, giving us a nice view of the locals and the surrounding streets. It felt safe, convenient, and surprisingly peaceful for such a central area.
Overall, this place is ideal for anyone travelling through Naples, especially if you need quick access to trains or the airport. Great value, great location, and a very smooth stay.
Just one and the only small thing is that the lift in the building requires 10 cents each time to go up to the 6th floor.
This is very common in older buildings in Naples and Italy, so it’s not the host’s fault at all — it’s just how these buildings work.
And honestly, it wasn’t even a problem because the host kindly left us several 10‑cent coins to use the lift, which was a really thoughtful gesture

Convenient to railway station and hop on hop off bus
Sixth floor with a small, slow lift. Balcony was Directly opposite another property, so not much privacy, fridge was noisy, so we turned it off at night. Towels were thin and frayed. Street noise!

Luigi was very polite, helped us with local restaurants to try, he showed us the room and had a nice interaction. Room was clean, well equipped, and our stay was nice
The room we booked was at the last floor of the building so we had to use the elevator daily which was a little inconvenient because of it’s small size and difficult “management” to use it ( required 10 cents per use ) and also one small inconvenience were the pillows that were a bit too hard to sleep on ( personal preference )

Location, the host let us check in earlier
6th floor with an ancient elevator, loud, no basic kitchen utensils, just plastic cups, poor ventilation in the bathroom, no comfort at all, just a place to sleep over
