Head inside to sprawl out on the luxurious sectional couch and prepare to be entertained with the enormous smart TV. Want to set the perfect mood while watching your favorite movie or show? Well we've thought of that. The living space comes with remote controlled color changing smart bulbs! The owner is also planning to provide additional lighting, seating, and decorating in the very near future. Ready to make your own five star meal? Step into the newly redesigned custom kitchen. The expansive kitchen island with custom quartz countertops has plenty of space for cooking and meal prep. Additionally, this kitchen comes with brand new stainless steel appliances and new custom cabinetry comes well stocked with everything you need to be the perfect home chef. Thinking of grilling out? There is a gas grill available on the ocean view deck. Sit down and enjoy your family meal at the custom built banquette that sits looking out to the ocean. Additional table seating, cushions, and bar seating are coming soon as well! Lagerita features 3 bedrooms and 3 full newly renovated bathrooms. The master suite (bedroom 1) has private access to the ocean view deck and features a comfortable king-sized bed, smart TV, and spacious closets. Bedroom 1 also has a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a huge shower with custom tile work and color changing LED lights illuminating the built-in shower storage. Bedroom 2 has a full-sized bed with a twin trundle and access to the full bathroom located just across the hall from it. Bedroom 3 features a queen sized bed with an updated en-suite bathroom. The homeowner has plans to provide additional lighting, decorating, and furniture for clothing storage in the very near future. Fresh linens, comforters, and towels are provided for every guest arrival for the maximum occupancy of the home. Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout for surfing, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. We were nervous pulling in to parking area but when we opened the door it was a 5 star condo. It was very open and comfortable. It was too cold to sit outside but in warmer weather there was plenty of seating to look at the ocean. Beds were comfortable all appliances were new. We would stay there again

Our stay was wonderful. The closeness to the ocean allowed us easy access plus we were able to see dolphins offshore from the condo. Secondly, the condo had ample space and seating. It was neat and clean. Finally, Charleston was a short drive away. Great week!

Fantastic, well-appointed property in the perfect location on Folly Beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We did hear some noise from neighbors through thin walls but this did not detract from the overall stay. I will definitely book this property again directly from Carolina One Vacation Rentals.

My family loved this property. Location was great - a few blocks from downtown and the pier. The oceanview and beach access was great as well. The condo was very clean and appears brand new. The kitchen has very updated appliances and nice amenities. The bathrooms had great space, nice fixtures and finishes, especially the shower tiles. I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at the condo for the Cooper River Bridge Run, 3 couples total. We absolutely loved the condo and its convenient location to Center St on Folly and the beach. Plenty of room for us to move around, enjoy the ocean views from the living room and balcony, and even prepare a big post-run brunch! Would absolutely stay here again!

Our party of 5 enjoyed our stay at this newly remodeled, well-stocked and clean condo. It is within walking distance of everything in Folly Beach and just a short walk to the ocean. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony while watching the surfers. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! The apartment could use a few more kitchen towels and we stayed 4 nights and only had dishwasher, etc pods, etc for 2 nights. A couple of beach towels woudl help for those of us traveling from out of state. overall, great experience.

Location was amazing. Property was very updated and stellar views. Loved the instructions by lights and thermostat to assist with use. Easy walk down the sand to the beach. Parking is difficult in the narrow space under the property and our coffee pot didn’t work which is being addressed. Love the property and would go back for sure!!!

Was nice, clean, and bigger than pictures show. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Close enough to all restaurants to walk. New and modern fixtures. Great view of beach and surf! Great place to sit on deck and watch the sunsets. Only issue we had was the tv channels. All channels worked first day and then we only had basic free channels after that. WiFi, Netflix and Hulu worked to add to what we could watch on tv. Would definitely rent this location again!! This was our first time to stay at Folly Beach and we will be back!
