Comfortable cottage with well appointed bed and bathroom. The restaurant served tasty food.. ala carte choices were good and we liked their Cream of Mushroom soup and Vegetable au gratin..

The water in both the Koi fish tanks in front of the restaurant and swimming pool look dirty and water needs regular filtration and aeration. The presence of dirty water spoils the overall ambience of the place..Request Sreejith Nair to look into it.

Wonderful 2-Day Stay at Abad Whispering Palms, Kumarakom We had a wonderful two-day stay at Abad Whispering Palms, Kumarakom, in a garden-view cottage with my mother, wife and child. The atmosphere and ambience were amazing, with beautiful lakeside views and a well-maintained garden. The reception staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Rafeeq, who welcomed us with a warm smile and provided excellent support throughout our stay. Although our request for a cottage near the swimming pool could not be accommodated, the team arranged a wheelchair exclusively for my mother, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. The restaurant was fantastic, with delicious multi-cuisine food and excellent presentation. Mr. Susanth and his team deserve special appreciation for their outstanding hospitality and the special care they showed towards my mother. One thing that truly impressed us was the friendliness, politeness and helpful attitude of every staff member, from the management level to the ground staff. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed it, especially our child. The indoor games, children's play area and cycling facilities added even more fun to our holiday. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable family getaway. The beautiful surroundings, delicious food, excellent facilities and exceptional hospitality made our stay special. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Kumarakom!

It would have been even better if our garden-view cottage had been closer to the swimming pool, as my mother has difficulty walking. A few additional plug points, more hangers and hooks in the bathroom, and the availability of an iron box and hairdryer in each cottage would also improve guest convenience. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and these small improvements would make the experience even better.
