Staff is extremely helpful. Value for money. Flexible menu and tasty food.
Cant expect too much facilities at this price point. Can improve the beatifule water side to a great experience, if they really want.

It was an awesome place to relax, The rooms were highly appreciated and we loved the scenic views of the lake also the kitchen garden was lovely.

The property is right on the River Vembanad, so good place to just sit and relax. However the lake itself was full of hyacinths, so the beauty was marred. Food was average, it was more a homestay than a resort. But staff was kind and responsive.
The rooms are very small but clean. A very pleasant place but not luxurious.
Food could be a little better.
