This 6 bedroom/6.5 bathroom 3500+ sq ft log cabin offers everything you’ll need for your vacation to The Great Smoky Mountains! King-sized beds w/ TVs in each bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, 3 separate living rooms w/ pool table and theater seating + 75’ TV, 3 full wrap around decks, 2 hot tubs (rare!), and beautiful mountain views! *DirectTV, NFL Sunday Ticket, Netflix and are complimentary Check us out on IG @vistaretreatcollective COME AND EXPLORE THE SMOKYS IN THIS HUGE 3500+ SQUARE FOOT TRUE LOG CABIN - Enter the main level, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious living room with a stone electric fireplace with a mounted large TV. There is a bedroom (Bedroom 2) with an ensuite private bathroom. The main deck has a large genuine wood picnic table + bbq grill with a beautiful mountain view. The upper level has a luxurious Master Suite (Bedroom 1) with ensuite Jacuzzi tub and a spacious private bathroom with standing shower. This space is perfect for some private time. Continue to the game room level, you will find 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom (Bedrooms 3 and 4). A spacious game room where you can choose from a pool table and 50’ TV with a full menu of Direct TV. There is also an outdoor large deck with one of the two hot tubs with classic wooden style rocking chairs for some relaxation with great views and fresh mountain air. Wait there’s more! Continue to the theater room level, you will find 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom (Bedrooms 5 and 6). A spacious theater room where with 12 theater style chairs and a 2021 model Roku 75’ 4k TV with DirecTV. There is also another outdoor deck with the second hot tub with Adirondack style chairs to relax after a long day exploring the mountains. For those of us for like bullet point lists =) * Bedroom 1: King size bed w ensuite full bathroom and Jacuzzi * Bedroom 2: King size bed w ensuite full bathroom * Bedroom 3: King size bed w ensuite full bathroom * Bedroom 4: King size bed w ensuite full bathroom * Bedroom 5: King size bed w ensuite full bathroom * Bedroom 6: King size bed w ensuite full bathroom * Main Living room: Queen sleeper sofa * Gameroom: Queen sleeper sofa+ pool table * Theater room: 75' TV with 12 recliners * Decks: 3 full decks with great lighting, views, and ample seating * Hot Tubs: 2 hot full size tubs (very rare) on two decks * Internet: A&TT broadband. 25MB+ for Zoom calls and online learning. NOTE: There is a gas BBQ Grill on the deck along with a picnic table overlooking the mountain. Charcoal grill is banned and not allowed by HOA given the extreme fire hazard on wood deck. Our team is available and only a quick call or text message if you need anything. Conveniently located minutes from major attractions (10 mins from the Parkway) while offering guests a quiet place to retreat. This is a private, gated HOA community so enjoy the best of both worlds - a genuine mountain cabin experience with well maintained amenities. No scary mountain roads and flat driveway. The cabin is on the same elevation as the City of Pigeon Forge (~1,100 ft above sea level) inside a gated HOA with regular road maintenance during the winter months. The resort features both an indoor (open year round) heat pool and outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) and a miniature golf course. The mini golf course is open year-round and clubs+balls are provided. Sorry but no pets allowed although we love pets :) We provide initial starter set of household supplies (dishwasher tablets, dishwash soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, laundry tabs). Additional supplies can be purchased at Publix Supermarket near the Resort. There is a $200 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking or pets inside the cabin. Anyone found breaking these rules, will be asked to leave without a refund. You may smoke outside. Please be responsible and do not throw the cigarette buds outside the patio area. The fireplace is electric fireplace, not gas fireplace. Please be mindful to turn off when leaving the cabin.

When looked at pictures shows pic(assumes its in cabin because of price its not its a community pool. Outside pool says its community inside pics didnt.

Great week! My family loved the house and the gated community! Kids loved the pools and putt putt course. 15 mins away from anywhere you wanted too go!! Elizabeth was by far the best host I have dealt with, thanks for the memories!!

Had a great experience at this cabin. Everything was just as portrayed. Cabin was clean and well stocked with pantry items. The only issue was wifi, which I mean how much tv or cell phone use should be going on during a vacation with family anyways? Have no real complaints, very satisfied with our stay here!

We had a wonderful time even though it was a little hard to climb the stairs. The oldest of us being 89 and the youngest being 52. We had more dishes, pots,and pans than in any of the cabins we have stayed in, in the past. There were also plenty of silverware, except little spoons. I think everyone that stays in a cabin or even a motel should treat it as though it belongs to you.

We did a couples trip to the mountains! This house was great for couples as there were only two rooms in each floor and both rooms were on either side of the floor. Elizabeth was very responsive and checked in every day to ensure our stay was pleasant!

Poor Conditions on Pool Table Floor and Movie Theater floor due to leak on the pool table floor with leaking floor from hose/pipe leaking to bottom floor causing the carpet and 4 of the poor conditioned recliners in the movie theater room to be soaked and not usable due to wet and poor smell & Not to explain the stinch of smell on the bottom 2 floors. Host not willing to offer significant refund due to 2 of the 4 floors not fully able to use and blames the lack of refund on Vrbo fees. Furniture / Flooring / cabinets in poor condition. Majority of the recliner on the main floor so old and neglected that the material was peeling off. Premium rental price and not even close to premium. Significant trash around the sides and back areas of the cabin thrown out by previous renters. Handyman and cleaning crew was sent out but the damage had already been done and the host not understanding at all. Be careful on viewing pictures from this cabin and most of the furniture was in poor condition and not well kept. Very Challenging / poor experience with this cabin. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THE RENTING of this cabin location

I booked this cabin for a family reunion. We had 9 children with us & the property was perfect for the kids! They loved the theater room, pool table, & hot tubs. We also loved the quick access to the indoor & outdoor pools & mini golf. This cabin had ample space for our party & I was surprised how sound proof the bedrooms were. For example: my husband, 1 year old daughter, & I slept on the pool table floor. There were several nights where we went to bed & others stayed up playing pool. Yes we could hear them playing but it was not loud considering our room was right next door. We were less that 20 mins from the Dolly Parton Stampede & about 45 mins from Cade’s Cove. To us it was the perfect location to enjoy the mountains while still being close to most main attractions. Dealing with the host was wonderful. I received quick replies to all questions & it even worked out for us to book an extra night! They were easy to work with & very accommodating. Our stay was awesome! I would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is very much as pictured. All but the extravagant upstairs master are quite similar, functional, tidy. Elizabeth worked with us to improve household connectivity for internet access so we could plan the many, MANY things there are to do in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville, but do not expect to stream video/teleconference here. (We took it as an opportunity to scale back online time and play family games.) We have Verizon; not sure if other providers might be better. Hot jacuzzis all ready to go upon arrival, pool table, and clubs for the communal mini golf course provided. Communal outdoor pool was enjoyable. Noise was practically nonexistent and we were pleasantly surprised that we could sit out on the deck all evening without mosquitos bothering us. Our prior experience with VRBOs left us expecting some basics in the kitchen -- salt, tin foil, maybe olive oil or extra trash bags -- but this was dishes and appliances only. This is not a bad thing but be prepared. Easy access to stores, restaurants, shopping. All in all a nice week! One minor drain issue was handled promptly by the owner and we appreciated it!

We stayed here for our family vacation and it was GREAT! We did have a couple of issues but the main issue was 2 of the rooms pillows and bedspread not being clean! But over-all, this was a BEAUTIFUL cabin and the pictures are just like the website.

Everything was great except the fact that the internet did not work. Manger responded in a timely fashion to communications , but never found a resolution. We were there on a business trip. Internet was advertised as best no available. If you don’t need internet, this place is fabulous.

Cougar Crossing was the perfect vacation for my family including my parents and my sister with her husband and baby. The multi level layout was perfect in keeping family units on individual levels for privacy. The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need for a large gathering - we had 9! Check in was easy and Elizabeth was wonderful answering questions and addressing anything else we needed. The cabin is close to everything which was wonderful with small children. Ample parking and easy access. I would definitely recommend a stay at Cougar Crossing or at another one of Elizabeth’s properties.
