We offer maximum-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen has complete kitchenware and small appliances such as a toaster, water heater, microwave, juicer, oven and dishwasher. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, with an easily accessible shower, screen, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. The accommodation provides bed linen and towels. All the necessary elements to enjoy an enjoyable stay in San Agustín. The accommodation is located in the centre of San Agustín and a few distances from the beaches, in a complex with a private entrance, communal pool and easy outdoor parking. The beaches of San Agustin and Las Burras are sandy and have a blue flag. They can be enjoyed all year round due to the privileged climate of the Canary Islands. San Agustin has a promenade of several kilometres where you can enjoy a pleasant morning walk or sunset. San Agustin is a privileged place visited by thousands of tourists a year, where you can enjoy the sun, the beach, all the necessary services, excellent communications, no car is needed and also with the most comfortable and best-equipped apartment of the place. In the vicinity of the accommodation you can move on foot to the beaches, you have everything very close if you want to go out to see the island, the bus service is excellent, there is a station a few meters away with connections to all areas of the island. There is a bus line that connects the airport with San Agustin. There is also a cab station 50 meters away. If you ask us, we can give you all the timetables and help you with recommendations. If you drive without a doubt the best option is to rent a car, which we can also arrange, the prices are excellent.

The view from the covered balcony is a sea view. The apartment is as the pictures show. Except the double bed is 2 mattresses together and both in need of replacing in the fact of comfort and cleanliness- sooooooooo uncomfortable and dirty. We were definitely sleep deprived by the end of the holiday we needed another to get over the lack of sleep!!!!! But if you're used to a noisy environment and uncomfortable bed this is the place for you. It is a stylish apartment with a sea view and all the mod cons. Sadly not for my husband and I
