Clean.Simple process to check in/out. Rooms clean.

Clean budget motel

The room was recently renovated, but doesn’t exactly match the photos in the listing which have been staged w decor. Check in was smooth. Overall the place smelled really nice. And the area was quiet at night. Great budget price.

it’s a dated roadside motel near a strip mall with really thin walls. You hear people talking in the rooms around you along with their tvs.

Big room, free parking

No elevator, no option for breakfast. Our room had a very very strong and bad smell. Nothing we did helped that. The shower had no shower head and the shower floor was dirty.

Really big room. Nearly updated. Very clean.

Door lock was broken and bathroom door stuck so you got locked it in.

It was a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t go back.

The location was fine because it was close to a highway. It was by a mall and a Target. There’s free wifi and they had Disney Jr for my son. It had a kitchen with a dishwasher and oven/stove top.

Our room reeked of cigarettes even though the building was supposed to be smoke free. The water has black fuzz or something and it was everywhere. It was in the linen, left rings in the tub, and I combed it out of our hair. The bathroom floor was warped and the toilet handle had to be held down for an extended time or the toilet wouldn’t flush.

they rent for long term stays. beware- this means people smoking in rooms. this means lots of cooking smells. this mea

the smell of Marijuana smoke was horrible. usually it was lingering from when a person walked in after smoking outdoors. but on 2 occasions in the early evening, it was coming from a room. garbage can under sink was overflowing with previous guest refuse. I placed it in the hall after checkin at 3p. came back from dinner about 7:40- it was still there. I took it to area with ice machine and a garbage can- that can was almost full, I could not just dump their trash, I had to handle it. yuck. there was a paper coffee cup with large lipstick stains. I still get nauseated just remembering. my sister joined me in room on first night. after dinner we pulled out the pullout couch- no bedding! bare mattress. searched the room for bedding, pillows and duvet. nope.

More spacous and nicer than the average motel; stove, dishes, ironing board, etc were not used.

business not leisure is probably the way to go with this place.

good staff, good location, room and amenities were decent

cleaning chemicals were so strong we could barely breath. had to air out room for hours just to be able to sleep there. The facility was very noisy and made sleeping past 5am very difficult.

Rooms very clean staff are very nice and very helpful the manager is a lovely lady her name is Beverly she was very nice and sweet to talk to and very helpful she always has a smile on her face I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Good convenient base for Worcester and cheaper!

Room was very basic but clean. It had a new full refrigerator and kitchen that would be valuable if I were staying for a longer time. We just spent the night, using this as a base for going to a concert in Worcester. Beverly contacted me in advance with some check in details, which was very helpful! It turned out that we arrived early but were able to check in without any problem. I also needed to get some work done and appreciated having the little work rooms off of the lobby.

The property is showing its age. The window in our room has some water damage and might not have been great if it were a lot colder out. The room was basic but clean but I think it could get a bit of cabin fever if I stayed there too long.

Staff was excellent. Chris, at the front desk, customer service was great. Close to major outlets and highways. Very clean and quiet.

It was convenient, clean, and a good price but needed more attention to the details of outfitting a room.

The room wasn't very well stocked : no extra toilet paper, no tissues, no utensils for cooking. The bolt on my room door did not align so was unusable.

Comfortable and great location

They had a modern stove, microwave and refrigerator. They had the necessary tools and dishes for anyone who wants to prepare their own meals. The bed was comfortable and it was a great location. The shower was really great with wonderful pressure.

The main source of light came from 3 two foot high thin LED lights that were very uncomfortable because they were so bright. According to the staff member I spoke to that was a common problem. The room was rather small, but adequate for a short stay. I would not have rated this hotel as high as it was rated on Booking!
