We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and well equipped. Enjoyed coffee over looking the beach each morning. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was an hidden gem for Panama Coty. We will return. Every condo there has ocean views and lake views. It just outside of all the tourist chaos but close enough for a 10 min drive to pier park if you want to venture out. The condo was clean they supplied with beach chairs, tennis rackets, binoculars and a flashlight for night time crabbing on the beach. It was perfect for my son and I.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I wish there had been pictures in the original ad and it had been more clear what the layout was. The stairs between the bedroom and main area was a pain (literally). The furniture was sparce and uncomfortable. The layout resulted in TINY areas. The deck was tiny with uncomfortable furniture. There is very little shopping or good resturants in the area, unless you want a two hour wait over in Rosemary beach. On the bright side, the water was amazingly clear here. The leasing company was incredibly professional and helpful.
