The accommodations were good for a group of 11 family members, each person was able to have a bed of their own or share. We did not get the correct code for the pool door initially and took 4 calls to management to finally get a working code the morning after we arrived. There were no hot pads/oven mitts and was told they were out of stock, and kitchen towel was very thin. Baking in the oven was a bit of a challenge. There is no noise buffer between the floors, so anything dropped on the floor above you, sounds extremely loud. To reach the hot tub you must go outside and go down a flight of stairs that are not lighted and gets slippery when wet, but the hot tub was enjoyable. The kids enjoyed the movie room, games and pool so the experience was pleasant for them.
