The room is decent, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the AC is really good and you can adjust it how you like. The location of the building though is okay, about a 10-15 mins walk to the waterfront walking area (lungomare) and there are a few restaurants and stores around as well (a small grocery store is right in front). The owner was very responsive and helpful, which was convenient, and also sent us recommendations for restaurants and attractions which was nice. Overall, we were still happy with our stay and it was not expensive at all.
We did not have a car and the walk from Salerno train station was challenging, 20 mins and often walking uphill. There is no reception and no one to welcome you when you arrive. Instead, there are instructions to open the building door, find the keys/card to your room and, finally, finding your room (not that hard though). The rooms for Casa dAvorio are located up of two sets of stairs (there is no elevator). The shower is very small, the water pressure of the handheld showerhead is a bit too strong and kind of hurts, and the mini fridge is actually in the shared kitchen so we did not really feel comfortable trusting strangers by leaving items in there. The included breakfast was actually a partnership they have with a small bakery right outside of the building at the intersection. It takes 10 seconds to get there but you can only get a coffee and one pastry (was sufficient for us but might not be for everyone). The photos that you see posted of the breakfast available in the kitchen is misleading, at least for our stay, I don't know if it used to be that way before. I would suggest adding a full-body mirror in the room to check yourself out before going out.

Nagyon jó helyen van. Legtöbbször 10 perc séta elég volt hogy elérjük a kitűzött úticélt. Tetszett a saját fürdőszoba és a felszereltség.
A klíma konkrétan az ágyat fújta. Nélküle viszont nagyon meleg lett volna. Viszonylag hangos volt az utca reggelente és késő este. A reggeli elég egyszerű és egysíkú (kávé és croissant).

La situation et le calme tout en étant proche de tout. Le petit déjeuner spécifique italien dans la boulangerie à coté donne un plus "terroir" et super découverte

الموقع قريب من المركز القديم والمركز الحديث، ونظيف جدا
مكان موجود في حارة سكنيه ،والغرفة نفسها في احد طوابق العماره السكنيه! مع ادراج.
الغرفة تطل على شارع فرعي ومقابلها بناية اخرى ممكن رأيت النوافذ والشرف .الغرفة نفسها نظيفة.
المضيف غير مرن ولم يسمح ب 10 دقائق إضافية بعد الشيك اوط اي بعد العاشره صباحا! الفطور ليس فطور اطلاقا ! كعكة كرسون وكبتشينو !! لايصلح ان يسمى فطور . المضيف يبعث العديد من الصور مع الكثير من التفاصيل والمعلومات والطلبات التي لا تصلح لسائح قبل وصوله ! وبعد الوصول ايضا كمية كبيره من الصور المعدة مسبقا مع كثير من التعليمات! التي لا يوجد وقت لتمعن بها اصلا!
يوجد في الشارع نفسه مباشره تحت البلكونه سوبر ماركت حيث يصل اليها بكرا العديد من البضاعه وتنزيل البضاعه مزعج جدا وطرق ابواب السيارات ،استعدو للاستيقاظ باكراً!
