The street seemed quiet and lacked people I felt isolated as a solo traveler. I was glad it was close to areas where people frequented. I wouldn’t have walked around the street in the dark. The room and view were fantastic. Very grateful I was able to leave my bag on checkout and pick up later.

We had a great stay! This was our first time in Europe and the B&B was the perfect location. Very close to all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the ferry terminal. The view was incredible and the property was gorgeous. The host was very responsive and thorough with the check-in info. Although we had early mornings where we weren’t at the property, breakfast was provided! Salerno was a great city to stay in and away from the crowds in the other towns. Would stay again!

Communication with the hosts was poor and not very helpful. They did not answer our questions in a reasonable amount of time, leaving us to have to figure out a lot of things on our own. We never did see or meet a host, even though the booking site mentioned that there would be someone there. The entry system to access the unit was quite confusing. Quiet time was supposed to start at 10 pm. There were guests right outside our door using the kitchen and sitting area until 11:30. No soundproofing. On the plus side, the unit was lovely and we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, in the historic area, close to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. However, due to lack of communication and host presence or availability, we would not stay here again.
