Our family had a fabulous vacation at Sea 2 Sea. This property location was absolutely perfect for our stay on Oak Island, to be close to beach, as well as St James Plantation.
This property was very clean and well equipped with anything we may have needed. We did bring our own portable play pen for the 1 year old to sleep, as well as a beach wagon to transport kiddos, beach towels and toys to the beach, very easy walk to the beach. The owner, Brian ,responded quickly to any questions we had.
Would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful property

We were on Oak Island for Pledge the Pink, which raises money for breast cancer. The house was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and the location was great. Brain was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place was perfect. It was clean and plenty of space for the family all coming in from out of town. It was close to relatives that live in the area with easy access to the beach. We loved the multiple decks. The pool would be great if it was warmer!

This is a great rental for a large group. We brought a rock climbing team here w parental chaperones. Everyone loved the house. 5 min walk to beach. We saw sea turtles hatch at a closeby nest one night. Awesome pool to hang out and swim. The place is even nicer than it looks online. Great kitchen supplies and gadgets. Lots of external decks and porches so people can spread out. Very clean. Recommend!

How refreshing that a rental property is exactly as described. Everything we needed was there. The property manager was on point. We’ve rented countless homes for vacation and this location, home and property management was outstanding. This house is wonderful! The beds, kitchen and furniture are very comfortable and top of the line. Extra attention is given to everything. Just a really great home and overall rental experience. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Sea 2 Sea. It was conveniently located a block away from the beach which was beautiful. It was also not too far to get to Southport and other places. The house was beautiful and clean. We had a maintenance issue the first night and the property owner was extremely responsive and got the issue taken care of right away. Anything we needed during the stay, the owner immediately responded to. We had a great, relaxing time and can’t wait to come back!

This house is amazingly clean and updated. It was very comfortable for 4 adults and 6 children. The location can't be beat is it is a 3 minute walk straight to the public beach access. The house has everything you need and nothing you don't want: comfortable, clean furniture and beds, fully stocked kitchen for cooking in, and a private pool with outdoor shower. The street and neighbors are quiet as well. Check in was effortless and checkout requirements are simple and easy. It is a relaxing process start to finish. Communication with owner, when needed, was responsive and straight forward. We will definitely look to stay at this house again in the future.

The house itself was nice and roomy, fairly clean, large open living room/dining room/kitchen, and just a short walk to the beach. We had perfect weather for the time of year. However, one of the main reasons we chose this house was because the pool was still open in OCT and figured the kids would enjoy it. A hurricane came through the area a couple weeks prior to our visit, but when we arrived (a Thursday evening) the pool was filled with leaves from the neighbor's trees and the pump was off. I reached out to the owner who told me I could scoop the leaves myself and that the pool cleaner would come Friday, and that the pump was on a timer so not to worry. Next day, the pump still hadn't turned on, so I finally decided to look around and noticed the switch on the outside wall was flipped off, flipped it back on and the pump immediately started, so it made me think that it had been off for at least a week. I then checked the filter trap and I found a disgusting, bloated dead frog that had obviously been there for a while (I wish I could attach photos to this review!). Not wanting the kids to get in the pool until the pool company could come clean it and check/add chemicals, I reached out to the owner again and sent him photos of my discovery, and he said he'd reach back out to the pool company. He was hoping they could get there that evening, but they didn't end up coming until Saturday late morning. We checked out Sunday morning, so the kids got about an hour in the pool, so that was a major frustration and disappointment. Otherwise, not a terrible place, just wouldn't likely choose this house again given the experience above.

This beautiful beach home provides a lovely place to stay when visiting Oak Island. The floor plan is spacious and accommodated our family of 9 easily. There are multiple levels in this home which we found challenging for our aging parents to be required to walk the stairs up specifically to the living room beyond the ones to enter the home. This is a great vacation place for young families just not the best option for older adults with limited mobility.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Sea2Sea! The house was very clean when we arrived! We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everything in the house worked just as it should. The towels provided were plush and of a nicer grade and the linens were very soft. We looked for our linens when we arrived, and to our excitement, the beds were already made for us! This property is a wonderful rental, and we would definitely rent again and recommend to our friends and family.

The house was a very short walk to the beach which was much appreciated by myself and husband as both of us have had back surgeries in the recent past. Loved the pool, especially my 5 year old granddaughter. Biting black flies plagued everyone on the beach our last 2 days but, thankfully, we had the pool to enjoy away from the flies. Family also made good use of the games and foosball table. Fun time!! Thank you!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Brian was extremely responsive when we reached out to him. The home was immaculately clean and well equipped. Our only issue was the pool, it was not cleaned until our last day there and the bottom needed swept from the beginning of our stay. Brian was really great keeping us updated about the status of the pool company though. The walk to the beach was super quick and easy. The beds and the furniture in this home was very cozy. We would highly recommend staying here!

Plenty of space, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and lovely pool. The walk to the beach was super easy. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of beautiful walks. Large tvs and many outdoor porches to enjoy the views. We would definitely stay again. Owner is very responsive to any questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Lil & Jon’s Ice Cream is a must as well as the Beach Pantry. Note: restaurants can be tricky so go early to get in. Renting a golf cart is super fun!

Beach vacation for two families
There was hardly anything we did not like about this home or our stay. It was clean and cool upon arrival and very welcoming-we felt at home instantly! The layout of the home was very accommodating for all of us (4 adults/parents), two 18 yr olds and two 10 yr olds. We all like to cook (and eat) and spent a lot of time in the kitchen when we were not at the pool or the beach and found the kitchen to be well equipped with everything for the home cook. The beach was a short walk from the house and loved having the pool to look forward to (and lounge in/around) at the end of the day. The host pretty much thought of everything!

Beautiful House and Superb Location
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The check in process was effortlessly simple. The house is well equipped with all the necessities. Kitchen is fully stocked with the right utensils/pans/pots.
Access to multiple television sets, although we mainly only used the main family room set. Great views and outdoor setup for sunny days. The floor plan is also very open with windows all over the living room area.
Bathrooms are clean and updated recently. It was just the right size home for our party of 8.
One suggestion is to change the mattress of the single bed in the room with bunk beds as it is rock hard.
The VRBO fees, county taxes, and cleaning fees were about 33 percent of the total charges, and kind of steep. Just something to keep an eye on.
Otherwise everything was great and we would definitely recommend this property.

This property was so clean and cozy! The appliances and overall set up were so convenient. We had the most relaxing and enjoyable time. It was such a blessing to have a beautiful home to spend time with our family at🥰 It was a super easy walk to the beach so we didn’t waste any time getting to and from. We were able to get plenty of beach and pool time in. It was a wonderful vacation home! 🏝☀️
