Great location in a beautiful building. Cosy room with everything we needed, large bath, separate toilet. There were even bathrobes available in the room. Breakfast (buffet) had enough choice. Self check in very convenient.
The single flight of stairs to our upstairs room are very narrow and steep, be sure to specify a downstairs room if that's an issue for you

The room was clean and comfortable
We booked a deluxe king with private entrance and landmark view they put us in a room with no view it was a brick wall and no private entrance as we were busy I checked my booking before I left and mentioned to reception that I think they put us In the wrong room.They said you should have asked us to move you we had other rooms so I challenged why they didn't put us In the correct room to stay with Considering they had the rooms free. I should have had trouser press and ironing facilities, I said I paid 170 euros per night specifically for the view and the entrance they said nothing they can do about it.I never got what I paid for they weren't Interested they just deliberately gave me the wrong room also the grounds were badly kept messy with large bricks on the paths easy to fall over
