Situated in Pittwater Council, this attractive house for $495 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This spacious sunny family home is perfectly positioned within minute's walk to the local Village shops and Avalon beach. Beautifully furnished with quality finishes throughout. Four large bedrooms with walk in and build ins, 3 bathrooms with a spa bath, 3 living areas with two TVs. Water views from the upstairs and downstairs and beautiful sea breezes all year, a saltwater pool drenched in sunlight and outdoor eating with barbeque so you can watch the kids in the pool. A generous home with so many areas for the whole family or extended family to enjoy yet still bright sunny and open plan. Downstairs you will find a combined lounge and dining area leading out through big glass sliding doors, to an extremely private front yard with fire pit area. Not only are you higher than the street you are also completely surrounded by perfectly manicured thick hedging. Still on the ground floor you will find a large well stocked kitchen with loads of bench space, another dining table with very comfortable seating for 8 and the biggest of the three living areas. this living area has a very cosy 5 seater lounge and queen sofa bed. All three of these areas look out to the patio area and pool. Just off the main living area is the downstairs bedroom and conveniently located is a small bathroom and a full laundry. Upstairs is another living space with a 3 seater lounge and ottoman that converts to a single bed, and TV, study desk & chair and 3 nicely sized bedrooms, the main has a queen bed, a walk in robe, an ensuite and a ceiling fan, you also have a deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee looking at the water and listening to the birds sing. The house comes with Wi Fi, air con, a sparkling salt water pool and is so close to the beach and shops. House was amazing. We had 8 Adults a toddler and a baby. Easy to deal with. Everything there and very safe for kids. All kids accessories-High Chair, Cot, Trikes, Toys and books. Don't need to take a thing. Great location. So close to a beautiful, patrolled beach and shops and public transport if needed. 3 minute walk!! Kitchen awesome even the knives were sharp. WiFi, Aircon and great outdoor shower. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou Aron and the team at Northern beaches.

We had issues from the beginning with a lack of communication. We couldn’t even get checked in as we didn’t receive the information. The oven wasn’t working, we needed to cook for the children and it took several attempts to get an answer. I also contacted them urgently after we checked out as I thought we’d left our passports there. No one ever came back to me! The property is very basic in some respects. Scant kitchen equipment, no mirrors other than bathrooms. Rusty fittings, door locks not working etc. A lack of storage space in the downstairs bedroom and the pool cleaner didn’t work so the pool was dirty. The big plus was the spacious living areas and the location.

We stayed there as a small group and the location of the house was fantastic, close by to shops, cafes and the beach. There was plenty of space in the property indoor and outdoor, however, there is a seperate dwelling in the same building. This dwelling has a window looking out to the pool space which made some of the guests uncomfortable using this space for privacy reasons. The sofa bed didn’t have instructions for use, therefore changed sleeping arrangements. There was minimal additional bedding and we could only find an extra single bed quilt. A disappointment was the oven didn’t work and we were unable to cook a lot of the food we had prepared for the stay. Management was uncontactable regarding this, therefore we went the weekend without oven use. The bond took 2 months to be refunded after multiple follow ups. Overall it was great location and house space, but would likely choose to stay somewhere else next time.

Our stay was great and the house was perfect for a large group of people for the weekend. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and the large living areas were great. The only thing is the sofa bed was not set up, so there was only beds for 8 guests instead of 10. We also couldn’t find the bedding for the sofa bed so had to use our own. Communication with the host could have improved regarding this.

A lovely house for a large group to celebrate an 80th birthday. The bedroom and sofabed on the ground floor was great for the those who preferred to not to climb stairs. There was plenty of plates and cutlery for a large group. Would have preferred the pool be heated but not really an issue as lovely beaches nearby. Communication with property manager was poor. We didn't have details to enter the house until 1 hour before check in and i wasn't sure the getaway was going to happen. It also took some weeks to return bond which was unfortunate.

Positive- Great separate spaces for all the family including outdoor areas. Negative- needed new towels ( plenty but not plush, garden maintenance for 2hrs on our first morning started at 0700hrs very noisy, no hanging space in the downstairs bedroom.

We had a group of 8 friends down from Newcastle just to catch up in Avalon for the weekend. The house is beautiful & heaps of room for activities etc. Great outdoor entertaining area for games & chilling out in the sun. Short walk to the beach & super close to the Main Street full of cafes & shops. Only negative would maybe be parking for large groups as on the street parking is not very available. We’re all very happy & content with our stay! Thanks heaps 🙂

Stayed here for a weekend with a small group of friends and it was great. The house was so clean, had great facilities such as a pool and outdoor fire pit area (even though the weather didn’t allow us to make use of any of it). Walking distance to woolies, cafes, shops. Would highly recommend for anyone including families with children to stay here.

Great house, excellent facilities. Pool needed a bit of a clean. Towels could be better quality and the curtains need to be block out (downstairs). The fridge also needs a clean. All in all a lovely house.
