Hotel de 3 stele, foarte comod, cu camere mari, paturi și perne confortabile.
Curățenie exemplară, personalul prietenos și competent.
Mic dejun inclus, nu foarte variat, dar cu toate esențialele (pâine, unt, roșii castraveți, măsline, iaurt, cereale, 2 tipuri de brânză, 2 tipuri de mezel, ouă, mere portocale, ceai și cafea; patiserie dulce).
Locuri de parcare.
Aproape de spitalul de copii Sf.Maria, sub 10 minute pe jos.
Magazine non stop în apropiere, lângă complexul studențesc Tudor.
Iulius Mall în proximitate.
Șantierul din apropiere, în timpul săptămânii, ziua
Zgomot nu foarte puternic, dar sesizabil.

Centrally located to everything we needed (just about anything is 15-20 minutes walk or ride). The staff were incredibly responsive and kind, even recalling details about a past stay by other members of our group.
We stayed in one of the larger rooms with a queen bed which was like a home away from home while we were there. The restaurant area also offered our group the location for gathering, even outside the time when breakfast was served.
Having a small refrigerator in the room was also appreciated. The staff keep this place clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely bathroom.
It was NOT close to the Iasi airport as advertised. Given the distance, I would have been happier in the center of Iasi.
Amenities, such as water, were not offered. Nice restaurant options were very limited.
