About this house rental
"Maple House" has plenty of comfortable upscale space for gatherings and also for quiet time away from the group. We offer 1 large bedroom with a queen bed on the main level which has it's own bathroom, a 2nd main floor bedroom with a queen + twin, and 4 upstairs bedrooms: three with queen beds and one with 2 twin beds. Other sleeping options include a large sectional couch, an outdoor style couch that would sleep one person (except winter) on the 3-season porch, and a queen double height air mattress with built in pump. In addition to the master bath, there is a small bathroom with a shower on main level and a bathroom with tub and shower upstairs, plus a nice laundry room upstairs for your use. You will enjoy an updated well-equipped kitchen, large dining room table, huge comfy "great room" with large curved screen TV with cable and high speed internet, a 3-season porch, and a patio with table & chairs, gas grill, and fire pit. We provide wood and propane. We provide spices & cooking oil, coffee beans & grinder, tea, a few pantry items like sugar and flour, and a gift of local pure maple syrup made by your hosts!

The abundance of clean, quality extra bedding was very impressive.Extra inflatable mattresses were much appreciated.Available free wood to burn was great, owner even brought over more wood. Quiet secluded neighborhood.Our kids really enjoyed the yard games that were available and the living room was very comfortable to watch sports at night. Kitchen easy to cook in , all necessary items for food prep were there. Host very responsive, you can tell the owners spend a lot of time taking care of the house. Thank you for a great stay

Everything was perfect ! AllAs listed and host was always, supportive and helpful. Plenty of room to gather and plenty of room for privacy. Would book this location again.

We had a phenomenal stay at the Maple House in Taylors Falls, MN. The home was spacious and easily fit 2 couples, a family of 4, and a family of 3 - the property offered multiple spaces that allowed all of us to be together at the same time (kitchen/dining room, family room, spacious back patio/fire pit). Our host was gracious and kind! We would stay at this place again next year!

Property was as pictured, clean and cupboards well labeled. The living room is huge and yet still cozy. It’s very close to fun shops and bars. We really enjoyed the porch and fire pit (huge bonus that firewood was provided). 4 out of 7 found their beds to be comfortable. 3 of the 7 the beds were way too hard and would benefit greatly from some memory foam. It has a rating of three stars because as soon as you enter the house, it smells musty like it’s been closed up for years. We had to open all of the windows all day long to make it better and it was a little chilly for that. Then every time we would close up the house and leave, we would come back to the same musty smell.
