Nestled in Carefree, this lovely house for $909 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Saguaros, Sunshine, Stars, & Solitude, all while being close to great golf, dining, and shopping! This North Scottsdale home has it all! Welcome to this tranquil high desert home appropriately called "The Saguaro Sanctuary." Unwind in this 6 bedroom and 4.5 bath home on a 1.3 acre view lot in North Scottsdale. Fully equipped and beautifully furnished from top to bottom. Escape to the large heated pool* or soak in the brand new luxurious hot tub. After a day of sun and fun prepare your family dinner in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen or grill out while enjoying a cocktail at the outdoor bar/grill area. After dinner, sit by the firepit and enjoy amazing mountain views and towering cacti as you watch the sun set over Cave Creek's Black Mountain. This house sleeps large families comfortably with 4 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, and a Bunk Room that sleeps 4. Enjoy a night shooting pool in the Billiards Room or just sit back and enjoy your favorite Sporting Event or Netflix show on 1 of the 6 Smart TVs in the house. There are two 75” HD 4000 TVs creating two separate viewing areas with one in the Great Room and another in the large Bonus Room, both overlooking the spacious covered patio. There is also a 65” HD 4000 TV in the Bunk Room for the kids. Another 65" TV is outside under the covered patio area. You can practice your hoops game either from the pool or in the driveway or play corn hole, throw the football, and/ or kick the soccer ball on the beautifully manicured back lawn. This house is perfect for two or three families as it offers three separate living areas. The attached Casita has it's own entrance thru the front courtyard. There is a king sized bed and full bathroom in the Casita. On one side of the house, you'll find the spacious Master Suite with separate office/workout room. On the other side of the home are four additional bedrooms and a large bonus room. If you enjoy exercising while on vacation, there is a brand new Peloton and fly wheel bike, weights, and yoga mats in the office off of the master. Enjoy yoga on the lawn, or take a hike on the neighborhood hiking trail. If golf is more your style, you are in the right spot! The legendary Boulders Golf Club is only a few miles away. The Legend Trails Golf Club is also just around the corner. We're not far from Troon, Desert Mountain, and many other courses. The property is so beautiful, you may not want to go out. However, if you do decide to explore, there are many things to see and do! Cave Creek and Carefree are both such cool towns and they have lots of restaurants, bars, and shops to check out. If you want more of a "city scene," you can drive 15 minutes south to DC Ranch or head to Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter for great shopping and world class restaurants. At this unique property you get the best of both worlds. From The Saguaro Sanctuary, you can watch both the sunrise and sunset and gaze at the stars away from the lights of the city. This is a wonderful spot for families to escape and reconnect, or for friends to gather. We have a great location for guests to attend the Waste Management Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, the Fiesta Bowl, Super Bowl (2023), or the Barrett Jackson Collectable Car Auction. The house was even more beautiful in person. Huge home, space for 12 of us to come together for meals, visiting, swimming and playing games. Private enough for family to have their own space with multiple bedrooms and many common areas. Home is very well stocked with anything you need in the kitchen to toiletries and paper products. This house is a gem!

We were 2 siblings with our adult children meeting for Easter weekend. The house was perfect for this occasion. The bedrooms were comfortable and common areas had plenty of space for everyone to relax in. Outside is beautiful and we spent most of our time enjoying the Arizona sun. The kitchen is well equipped and having a grill was fantastic. Karen was easy to reach and answered all of my questions prior to arrival regarding food stores etc. Everyone had a good time and would return in the future

My group of 14 adults all had the best time enjoying this gorgeous house in Scottsdale. The house is truly an oasis and was equipped with everything we could have needed during our stay. Karen is an absolute gem of a host and was extremely communicative during our stay - couldn't have asked for anything else. Highly recommend staying here!

This is an amazing house with an amazing host! The property and surroundings are gorgeous. We had a girls reunion here and it was a perfect setting. The pool, hot tub and outside spaces are great and the views of the mountains make it quiet serene. The interior is very well appointed and we all commented on how well stocked it is. Towels (both bath and pool), cooking supplies, dishes.... you name it and it’s there in large volume. Makes things so easy! Absolutely loved it - highly recommend and would like to go back!

We spent the weekend as family , which included 12 adults . The sleeping arrangements were amazing , every duo had their own room , and there are PLENTY of bathrooms . The owner also keeps plenty of towels , toilet paper and items in showers should you happen to forget . It was amazing . The backyard is spacious and the pool was awesome. Everyone enjoyed the scenery around the yard , so peaceful and relaxing ! The pool table was a huge hit among the guys in our group , and it’s located in a perfect spot of the house. I loved the little workout area attached to the master for a morning workout ! The house as a whole is perfect , even better than the pictures , everyone was in awe ! It’s gorgeous , decorated super cute! There are plenty of places to sit and relax ! Also two fridges available , perfect for big families ! Karen , the host , was amazing , super responsive and easy to communicate with before , during , and after ! We’d stay again in a heartbeat !
