Very dated

Very dated and bathroom was very dated , cracked tiles

Very dated and poor value, breakfast was extra and so was parking

Other than the bed we loved it

Staff friendly and very helpful

They really need new mattresses on the beds stayed for one nite and am crippled in pain in back. I know they are getting work done but there is parts of the property that really needs fixed

Excellent staff and great location

What a beautiful hotel with some good facilities and A1 staff! Very central and having a cafe and restaurant downstairs is a bonus. I also loved the decor which isn't quite finished but is looking good. Again the staff were excellent. I would definitely stay again!

The only negatives are simple things that can be changed - kettle and tea/coffee in the room (I don't want to run downstairs to the coffee shop while I'm still in my pjs), hairdryer in the room (although we got one when requested from reception) and the bed was a little lumpy although I did sleep well.

Not good at all.

Room is spacious.

Heating was defective No coffee in the room (brought when asked) No water No pressing iron ( brought when asked)

It was most disappointing…..

Our stay didn’t include breakfast but we did enjoy Breakfast we bought in the restaurant.

The room was freezing radiator didn’t work. We had to change room the radiator wasnt great there either. They gave us a heater that blew out cold air. People staying shouldn’t have to pay for parking .

Wouldn’t go back

Location

Shower door pretty much hanging off, bed uncomfortable and no one answers the door when you ring the bell.

Good location,had give a deposit???

Good location.€125 for one night breakfast not included

Room was cold , no tea coffie or water in room,had to leave a deposit,and sign a disclaimer.

Comfortable pleasant stay, good location.

Room was refurbished, I was advised prior to my stay there were building works ongoing. I was also advised prior to my visit that the hotel could be noisy because of the nite club. I did not have any issue with noise.

€150 deposit to stay at a hotel. Makes you feel like a criminal, this is not refunded to your account until after a room inspection, later in the day after you check out. Must have some rough clientele for this to be hotel policy.

£140 per room very high considering no tea/coffee in room no breakfast included and NO SLEEP.

breakfast was good. staff were friendly

no tea/coffee facilities in the room breakfast not included in the price BECAUSE OF DISCO DOWNSTAIRS TILL 1.30 AM VERY LITTLE SLEEP travelled up to Galway(A CITY) and the price was £115 with tea/coffee in the room breakfast included and a GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!

It was fairly basic but was clean and comfortable. We should have been told in advance, of their refundable security charge E150. We paid it & were refunded same on their checking our room after our departure iof our room n the morning

Good

It was good for a one night stay and visiting the Cliffs of Moher. The room was really simple and seem a bit overpriced, but still a competetive price in the area.

It wasn't the most comfortable beds I've ever been too and it seemed a bit dated, but nothing major.

The staff were nice. The cafe below is good. Good location. No parking, but Abbey St. car park is quite close. We enjoyed breakfast.

The many hallway doors are heavy, and slam loudly. No shower items or hair dryer. Toilet seat was ill-fitting or breaking. Bathroom door didn't close. Very hard bed. Access to the elevator is through the cafe so it's quite awkward. Be aware that it is very loud through the night and until 2am when the nightclub downstairs closes. I had earplugs, so I was able to sleep easily, but the rest of my group did not.

Run down property, awkward, dark entry. Not for family travel. Carpets dirty in some halls, ripped in others. Felt run down and unsafe

I booked two rooms and I really think the security deposit is a little excessive at €150 per room for one night. I had to pay a €300 security deposit.

Staff in cafe were friendly and welcoming

No hair dryer and no kettle for a cup of tea and breakfast doesn't start until 8am- very late if you want an early start

Right in the middle of the action in Ennis!

No breakfast, but a coffee bar, muffins & other delights on the first floor. Opens 8:30. Restaurant bar attached. Opens in the afternoon.

Wasn't told that the National Hurling contest was scheduled for that weekend and that the party would be right below my bedroom window (hot, humid & no A/C!) and would be incredibly loud until 3am, then the cleaning crew made noise until 4am. Two nights. No warning. Very upset. Should have been warned and moved to a different room away from the party.

Not impressed, wouldn’t stay there again

Thé fact it was in the middle of he town.

It was very overpriced and we had to pay a lot for a very mediocre breakfast. The room had been refurbished (no.112) but the en suite lacked a toilet roll holder, towel rail and soap. There was a very strange arrangement with a bar and restaurant adjoining the hotel. The staff did not appear to be very well trained.
