The apartment is spacious enough - there is a sleeping room and a very comfortable to sleep on sofa in the dinning room. Kitchen is well equipped, but I did not use it much, as there are so many food places around. The fridge has enough space, too. The location is great for many reasons - you are next to Termini station so the bus from the airport literally parks across the street: no fuss to get to the apartment from there. Also very convenient for departure. Metro and busses are right there, at Termini. There is also Mercato Centrale - a great place to eat as there are so many good options, from Sicilian dolci to pizza al forno and smashed hamburgers, all kinds of pasta, gelati... The place itself is safe - there are locks for the entrance, video surveillance, and locks for the very apartment. The highlight of the apartment are chandeliers in the rooms - daring pieces of art at the verge of kitsch. I just loved these.
I do not think that there is anything that could be improved by the owner of the apartment - it is in the vicinity of the station, and that surrounding is like in any other big city.

The location was great. Right next to Rome Termini. And a short walk to the historic district. The woman who checked us in didn't speak any English, but it didn't matter at all. She was a lovely Italian grandmother and she even gave us a hug before leaving! She showed us the coffee maker and how to get in and out of the apartment. The apartment was bellisima! The colors and the chandeliers made the place feel magical..

Super convenient location, 2 minute walk to Rome Termini and 15 to the Colosseum!
Massive place with lots of space.
Cold drinking water from the tap! Loved that!!
Ana's Mum was lovely
Although Ana's Mum was lovely, she didn't speak any English and we don't speak and Italian so trying to understand the run down and instructions of the home was a bit confusing.
The aircon didn't work, which in Rome, in Summer, at night was almost unbearable ..
