Lage, Sauberkeit, Absprachen mit dem Anbieter
Keine Waschmaschine. Sofabett etwas unbequem.

The place is very cozy and warm — it truly feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect, between two universities and just a short 5-minute walk from several large grocery stores. The tram stop is only a few steps away, making it easy to reach the city center in about 10 minutes. The host is very attentive and responds quickly.

Brand new apartment, fully equipped. They host was very available, quickly answered to our mails and requests and let us in one hour earlier than planned. Extremely well connected with the city center: tram stops just in front of the block of buildings.
Supermarket is 5 mn walk away and a few food shops are next door.
Sleeps up to 4 people. Both the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen (all you need to cook and eat for 4 people).
Perfect for a couple, may be a little bit narrow spaced for a family of 4 as we were. Breakfast table was just enough but it would be a little bit "shrunk" for a lunch or dinner, should you plan to eat at home.
The apartment is in a pretty quite place but being surrounded by other apartments, be ready to the usual noise of neighborhood in the evenings.
Parking may be a problem, as the only option is on the roads in front or besides the building. Being well connected with the city center, I would suggest to use public transport instead.
