The location of the apartment is good and the view from the 23rd floor is great.
The kitchenette is well equipped with everything needed.
The instructions to access the apartment were clear and made it easy for us to check-in quite late.
When we arrived at the location of the apartment it was very, very difficult to find where to park our car.
After we finally managed to do so and we entered the apartment we found our that the sofabed wasn't ready made for our children. It was even more disappointing to find out that there was no bed linen for this sofabed and there were no pillows for it.
The only available spare bedding were 2 single duvets and a cushion.... Also we had only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for 4 people. So I ended up sleeping in the bedroom with my 2 girls and my husband on the sofabed without bed linen. On top of everything the sofabed is sooo squeaky, that I was waking up every time my husband moves.
Overall we are disappointed from the place and from the host, who didn't reply to neither of message through the Booking.com app nor to my email which I sent to her. Zero communication.

This was my second time staying at this property - and I think there will be the third! Key collection was very easy. Check-in and check-out were also hassle-free.
The apartment is on the 23rd floor, so it offers unobstructed views of the entire city.
It was quite windy during our stay – I know the weather isn't on the host's side 😁 But the wind outside can also be heard loudly in the apartment – which may be problematic for some guests.

Lage und Aussicht.
Abgenutzte Einrichtung. Eingangstür und Schlafzimmerschranktür mit vielen Schrammen und Abplatzer, unteres Scharnier im Flurschrank abgerissen. Dazu ließ sich die Wohnung von außen nicht abschließen, den Schlüssel kann man nicht umdrehen. Kühlschrank auf Stufe 4 kühlte nicht, ab 5 alles gefroren, dazu sehr wackelig. Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer eignet sich nicht zum schlafen, da man mit dem Kopf nach unten liegt. Das größte Manko war jedoch die Waschmaschine im Keller mit 3 € pro Waschgang. STAND ÜBERHAUPT NICHT IN DER BESCHREIBUNG. Dazu sehr wenig Geschirr, nicht mal Biergläser waren da (hallo? in Bayern?)
