Boa localização, boa relação com os funcionários e com o proprietário sempre muito atencioso e disponível .
O ruído durante o dia , mas levando em conta esta mesmo no centro onde há muito comércio local é algo compreensível.

Location is good. Clean. Have back up solar power. Have water most of the time. WIFI is good too.
Very noisy, closed to the road and bars, you can hear the cars noise and music all the time. The owner wanted to raise the cost after I stayed two nights, but eventually he agreed to keep same cost. After I was back from Principe to São Tomé, he raised the room fee again so I didn’t stay there anymore. Sometimes I have problems at night with water but he didn’t reply my messages and there’s also no one will stay at the building after 6pm.

Central location, owner is very hospitable person.
No water, no electricity for most of our stay. It's not up to the owner, but on another location we stayed in Sao Tome city there was both water and electricity all the time.
