The property is conveniently located for those who enjoy walking. It is equipped with everything you might need. The owner is lovely and very helpful. It’s a peaceful place—a great base for exploring the area, but also perfect for simply relaxing on a sun lounger by the pool (the pool is large and deep, making it great for swimming).
While the amenities were sufficient, most are showing their age, and some could certainly use an update or replacement. The refrigerator is also very small. It’s difficult to fit larger beverage bottles inside, which makes it impossible to do any significant grocery shopping. There is, however, a small freezer compartment.
In terms of cleanliness, it did not quite meet hotel standards; it was acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement—though this might have been due to our request for an early check-in, which was accommodated without any issues. You also need to be careful not to leave even the smallest traces of food out, as there are tiny ants on the premises. They weren't too much of a nuisance, however—certainly far less bothersome than the cockroaches we’ve encountered at other properties.
Overall, considering the price, we rate our stay positively.

L’appartamento bello, pulito e accogliente.
Unica pecca la finestra della camera dà sulla strada ed essendo a pian terreno non è sicuro lasciare la finestra aperta.
