Great location to access the river, plenty of car park space and areas for guests to spread out. Everything was well stocked with even more than we expected. Beds were very comfortable, sensational view. Extras like baby gate, high chair were very useful.
Nothing we didnt like.
The only thing is there are a couple of loose metal balustrades on the top balcony that could be a safety issue for young guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Tailem Bend. The house was absolutely perfect — spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The view was beautiful, and the spacious driveway made parking super easy. It’s only about 10 minutes from the track, which was incredibly convenient for us. Everything was just as described, if not better. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — we’ll definitely be back!

Location and view from the deck.
Down stairs heating did not work it was freezing all week end. The electric heaters we found were broken and dangerous.BBQ was filthy and took and hour to clean. Fire extinguisher was out of date and would most likely not work. Down stairs tv did not work. Had to screw pots back together in the kitchen.
