Would definitely book Swainson on Bent next time we are in Adelaide.

Loved the location, so close to transport and a variety of restaurants. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with a full stove if you wish to eat in. Beds were comfy and the shower was hot and great pressure.

It would have been more convenient to have had 2 entry cards and keys.

Poor quality property, with unsatisfactory customer service. Swindled.

Checking out.

No hot water for 48+ hours, then no acceptable refund from a booking.com or the hosts. They have ghosted me, it's been a month. The TV didn't work. Awful customer service experience. Very small apartment, the pull out sofa bed is incredibly uncomfortable. Apartment not suitable for 5 adults. Not enough towels. Dodgy area.
