We kindly request all guests to shower, and avoid using bodily oils, lotions, or other products that can affect water quality in the spa. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users. ● Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. ● Proper swim attire is required in the pool and spa. Street clothes and denim are not permitted. ● Diving is not allowed in the pool or spa. ● For the safety and comfort of all guests, no pets of any kind or size, including dogs, are not allowed in the pool and spa area. ● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool. The consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited in the pool and spa area. ● Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area to prevent accidents. ● No Food, or eating or drinking (except water) is not permitted in the pool. ● Running or rough play is not permitted in the pool area to prevent accidents. ● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover. ● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub ● No Floatation Devices. Large floatation devices, rafts, or toys that may obstruct others are not allowed in the pool. ● Do not leave personal belongings unattended in the pool and hot tub area. ● No Splashing. Do not splash water outside the spa to maintain a safe walking surface. ● No Jumping. Jumping into or out of the spa and pool is prohibited. ● Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. ● Respect Others: Treat fellow guests with respect and maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition. POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa. PROVIDED - All bathrooms have Public Goods Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Hand Soap - One (1) Bath Towel and Pool Towel provided per guest. - Some trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper have been provided. For more, please visit one of our local markets. SECURITY CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORING Outdoor Surveillance cameras are located at all entry points for your safety and security. Also, noise monitors are installed to ensure decent decibel levels are maintained. Please ask the host if you have questions or concerns. CHECK OUT CHECKLIST - Load and run the dishwasher an hour before departing. Please clean anything that doesn't fit. - Shut off any propane tanks used. - Throw away any food you don't want. - Return all indoor and outdoor furniture to their homes. - Dispose of all trash in the dumpster at the front gate. - Turn off all lights. - Close the garage. - Lock all doors and windows. FENCES There is a gated, chain link fence surrounding the entire property. Plus, the black privacy fence around the pool. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests. * Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.
