Je me suis retrouvée enfermée dans la salle de bain car la poignée était cassée Capsules de bières retrouvées au sol à côté du lit, et des morceaux de nourriture Petit déjeuner : très sommaire, pas de choix Odeur d’encens dans les parties communes et la salle de petit déjeuner Bien trop cher pour ce que c’est : 175€ la nuit (pendant le festival de Coachella)

Average place to stay

We stayed in a couple Super 8 motels on this trip. This one had the better facilities and was a little more up to date. Everything was clean and working. Wi-Fi was great (streamed a basketball game). The room had a small fridge and a microwave, which was very helpful. Overall, it was fine for our needs.

The doors don't block out any noise whatsoever. All night, we heard people in and out of their rooms, babies crying, etc. In other Super 8s, we got adjoining rooms; here, rooms were across the hall from each other, which wasn't as helpful. Breakfast here was disappointing. No butter for toast. The first Super 8 we used had a waffle maker; this one did not, although this one did have a juice machine (wasn't working our first morning). This last point isn't actually anything wrong with the hotel, but if you're there to see Joshua Tree National Park, this is over half an hour from any park entrance.

Cheap room all around!

The staff was super nice!

The room was stinky and not the cleanest. The beds had large metal frames that went to the ground and were loud if you barely bumped them. The room was very outdated and needs paint and a major renovation.

Place was clean and comfortable. Basic accommodations, but did the job. Breakfast a plus.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable . Appreciated the basic breakfast offering. Check in easy and friendly.

Furniture was a bit run down. TV control did not work well.

Pretty disappointing, but it might be the Town more than the hotel to blame

Not much tbh, it is well located - in the pretty much only locality of Yucca valley that has stores etc nearby

The room was just that - a room, and nothing else. No space to keep anything - a small cupboard etc. is bare minimum, coffee machine without coffee filter, didn’t even have the bare minimum of one cup, one plate, one glass tumbler, and one spoon that you pretty much expect. They literally just gave two paper glasses other than the room 😅 The lobby was stinking initially of cigarette smoke but I guess they ventilated it later so it became better later. Breakfast was the best part - milk, oats, breakfast bars and some muffins, that is what they’re calling ‘good continental breakfast’. Another issue we faced but could’ve been specific to our room, is that the nearby door was banged all through the day and night and every time they did that, the whole wall shook making it hard for us to sleep. Book this stay if you’re planning to just go there in the night to sleep

Cleaning staff were very nice, and dedicated to their task. Staff made sure there was enough coffee for breakfast. I have no complaints.

The breakfast was not fancy, but nice. The room was very clean and nice. The person at the front desk was very helpful in helping us find a good restaurant. The pool looked nice and was being used by families.

Clean room in Yucca Valley

The room was clean and small. We were in town for a local concert so didn't stay in the room a whole lot. When we did get back the bed was super comfy. Easy to find and free parking, who doesn't love that.

Very poor

There was a window that we could open to get fresh air

Furnishing were old and stained dresser would fall over when clothes were placed in the drawers even though apiece of wood was placed under it to prop it up this was close to dangerous

Electrical outlet loose, cords wouldn't stay plugged in; coffee in room but no tea bags; no TCM (that's ok, nowhere we've ever stayed has had it)

Very good

Breakfast is very simple cereal, instant oatmeal and bakery. Comfortable and clean beds. Nice location near plaza that you can find some food.

Hope at least have some fruit in breakfast.

Roadside motel

Close to national park. Dining close by, clean and pool area ok. Staff friendly and responsive.

Motels are just expensive. Over $150/night and the breakfast was very low quality food, not even fruit offered. Hard to believe this is a Wyndham property. No plug inside or USB ports at bedside.

Disappointing

Proximity to Joshua Tree park

Breakfast. It was only cereal, oatmeal pastries and coffee. When you advertise breakfast that implies eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns etc. This was less than a 'continental' breakfast.

Very poor

Location is good for Joshua Tree NP access and easy to get to local restaurants/supermarket on foot.

Perhaps the most rundown motel I've ever stayed in. Room was next to the 'Lobby' with noise late at night and first thing in the morning. Noise coming from upstairs rooms too when someone walking across the floor. Its near impossible to get a good nights sleep here. Looks like the room furniture is from the 70s or 80s and very worn looking. The entire place desperately needs an update. Not great value for money.

Very good

The location is great. It is located in the heart of the Yucca Valley. It's quite convenient to do grocery shopping and eat at restaurants. There is a free breakfast available. Despite the simplicity of the breakfast, steaming coffee is always appreciated. The room is clean.

Towels are pretty old. Only few outlets are in the room.

Good location for Joshua Tree

Good location to explore Joshua Tree. Plenty of food places near by. Tidy rooms.

No elevator for luggage if you stay on the 2nd floor.

Very unsatisfactory

Woman at breakfast was very bossy and rude: Heat turned off at continental breakfast, freezing cold!!! Heat was completely off in our room when we arrived and throughout motel the whole time we were there. Dirty towel was hanging behind door. Would never stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone.
