About this house rental
Situated in Cashiers, this lovely house for $800 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Come unwind at a classic Cashier's cottage that has been completely renovated. Just over a mile to the Crossroads or to Ingles. Relax on the deck or dine on the screened porch while enjoying the Chimney Top Mountain view. High end finishes and extras you would expect from luxury Cashier’s living. Artwork adorns the walls. The house has been lovingly furnished with family pieces and estate finds. Quartz countertops and custom cabinetry throughout. Downstairs has the Master bedroom and first guest bedroom. The Master is well appointed with a Smart TV and an inviting king sized four poster bed. You have your own access to the deck with sliding doors. Custom drapes frame a beautiful mountain view. The bathroom features two sinks with a vanity in between. Sit here and gaze out on to the garden while you get ready for the day. This bathroom has a soaking tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom has a charming four poster double bed, desk, loveseat, and a window seat under the bay window. Also with a Smart TV. Private bath with shower/tub combination. The living room and dining area has a wall of sliding glass doors for lots of natural light and views. Plenty of seating in front of the Smart TV and gas log fireplace. Kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you would expect and plenty of bar glasses and serving pieces to entertain. Williams Sonoma professional cookware and bakeware for your use. Eat at the breakfast table, bar, or my great-great grandmother's dining room table. Upstairs is the "Book Nook" our family's favorite room. It is stocked with popular fiction, nonfiction, toddler board books, children's books, and those for young adults. Board games for kids and adults. Duplos, buildable magnets, coloring books/crayons, STEM building set, puzzles, and multiple decks of cards. Kids will love sleeping on the bunkbeds. Down the hall is the second guest bedroom. It features a four poster Queen bed under large windows with a Smart TV. Bathroom with shower/tub combination and view of the mountains. The screened in porch off of the kitchen is a peaceful place to sit and read or dine. Enjoy during the day or night with the fun outdoor lights. Use the corn hole/ladder ball game, croquet set, or volleyball/pickle ball (net set up upon request). Our expansive deck is where the grilling can happen if you're so inclined. Guests can lounge in the chaises, chairs, or rockers. After dinner move to the fire pit area in the front yard to round out your evening. We have thought of the little things so you don’t have to! Umbrellas, hiking sticks, two 6 port charger at each bedside (just bring your USB cord), an Echo Dot, first aid kits, picnic basket with plates/utensils, pack-n-play, space saver highchair/booster, and Hydro SPA toiletries to name a few. **House is equipped with a whole house generator system. Feel confident staying in winter months!!**

This house was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. The house was recently updated and in pristine condition. Had lots of toys and games to keep my little one busy. Located right in Cashiers but tucked away so it was quiet and had great views. We will be back!

Fantastic comfy home, beautiful view from the deck, cozy living room with the fireplace burning and wonderful professional hosts. Little black bears in the backyard on occasion and some Whitetail deer in the front. Very polite visitors and we enjoyed interacting with them. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. This home is absolutely gorgeous! The inside is everything we thought it would be from the pictures but the outside areas are just stunning. Worth every penny and the owners could not have been more nice and accommodating. We were lucky enough to see a family of bears almost every morning while sitting on the deck with our coffee. That was an amazing experience for two Floridians! Had several great meals in both Cashiers and Highlands…house is an easy drive to both. We would recommend this home without hesitation to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurios getaway. You will not be disappointed.

Incredible Stay
We just spent the week in Cashiers at this property and could not have been happier with our stay. The communication with Ashley was very pleasant, fast and thorough between text, email and the information packet provided. I'm not sure if I've stayed in a more well maintained and clean property. It wasn't a typical rental with a few issues, this property was maintained by people who have a high standard of quality and cleanliness. The house has been remodeled so well and the grounds were gorgeous. Kitchen had absolutely everything needed. We enjoyed the ability to sit on the deck or the covered screened in porch and appreciate the cooler temps and sound of rain in the afternoon. It was our first trip with a new baby and we couldn't have been more comfortable. We very much appreciated everything about this rental experience.

My family stayed in 6/21to celebrate my son's high school graduation. (We are a family of 2 adults & 16 & 18 year old boys)The host, Ashley, communicated with me ahead of time to give me entry particulars - and she surprised us with Happy Graduation signs. My son loved it! The location is wonderfully secluded. The turn off is close to Cashiers town center, and winds up a hill so that you have great views off both the screened porch and back deck.
The house itself is spotless, and every item that you might need is provided (iron, coffee maker with pods, iron, yoga mat, walking sticks, golf umbrellas ... the list goes on) It is beautifully decorated - with furniture and bed sets (lots of pillows and nice sheets). She has created an app to let you know all about the house (wifi, trash) and area attractions (hikes, waterfalls) but if you are old school, there is a binder with all of the information as well. The kitchen has all new appliances and is well stocked with plates, silverware and cookware. We really enjoyed dining and sitting on the screened porch and relaxing and admiring the view from the back deck. I needed to communicate with Ashley a few times during our stay and she got back to me within minutes. She has games for kids and the TVs are set up so you can log into your streaming services - my younger son was keen to watch the NBA playoffs and we watched some Netflix as well.
Before you come - make some dinner reservations, places are busy. We enjoyed the Whiteside Brewery (casual & order they bring it to you) and the Orchard (dressy casual, $$ but worth it).
I highly recommend the Wren's Nest because of its location, cleanliness and charm. We'll be back!
