About this house rental
Situated in Topsail Beach, this attractive house for $450 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Gemini Dream #102 is a beautifully decorated and spacious canal front home with gorgeous sound and ocean views and boat docks with access to the ICWW. Located in the gated community of Queens Grant in quaint Topsail Beach, the home has 2000 square feet of living space. Unlike other houses that only offer the beach, at 'Gemini Dream' there are unlimited things to do. Choose to spend your days walking to the never crowded beach through the private access, bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks, and paddle boards and spend the day on the water easily accessed through the private boat launch and docks with immediate access to deep water, the ICWW, and the ocean. You can keep your boat at the dock right at the house for your whole stay! Choose to soak up some rays at the huge pool and hot tub and catch your own dinner! With this reverse floor plan, the main living area, dining area, kitchen and a half bathroom are located on the third floor. The living room opens onto a deck with views of the ocean and sound and it has an array of seating overlooking the canal. The chef in you will enjoy the large, well-appointed gourmet kitchen with gas range, walk-in pantry, and large refrigerator. A Keurig combination coffee maker is also provided. An independent ice maker makes it easy to fill coolers and still have plenty of ice for your cocktails as you watch the sun set. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and TV and opens to the second floor deck. This is a great spot to enjoy your coffee or sneak away to curl-up with a good book. The master bathroom has double sinks and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, large closet, TV, and opens onto the second floor deck. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. The hall bathroom has double sinks and tub/shower combo. The private elevator is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors. A home office on the ground floor provides quiet privacy for those who need to work, study, or attend virtual meetings while visiting. High speed internet and traditional cable are provided. An outdoor shower and tiled ground floor foyer with benches keep things tidy. The carport has covered parking for two cars. There is a keyless entry lock on the carport entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Dogs are welcome! The Queens Grant Community is gated and has several community beach accesses, a community boat ramp, and community boat trailer parking. A community dock is in front of this home. Trailer parking and the community dock are on a first come, first served basis. Queens Grant also has a beautiful pool complex, playground, basketball court and grilling/picnic shelter. Grilling is not allowed anywhere in the community other than the picnic shelter due to fire safety concerns. Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

This is the perfect location for a beach and boat lover. This property is across the street from the beach and has a dock for your boat right outside your back door. Breathtaking sunset views. Great Saltwater pool on property and plenty of amenities for all. Perfect place for those that just want to get there and focus on the vacation instead of all the running around. If you wanted you didn't even have to go back in to town. Best Restaurant on the Island is less than 5 minutes away. Beach Shop Grill ~ Excellent!

I have been vacationing at NC beaches for most of my life. In that time I have used several different rental companies. This was by far the best place we have ever rented. The staff was were extremely courteous and the process was so easy! We will definitely stay here again!

Gemini Dream was the perfect spot for myself, wife and 4 adult kids over a gorgeous 4th of July holiday week. All three levels are nicely decorated with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. There are stairs for those that enjoy exercise, but the modern interior elevator stands ready at all times to assist. The kitchen is well stocked, appliances are first class and it cannot be overstated how nice and convenient the stand alone crushed ice machine is for making great drinks and packing coolers before heading off to the beach. As goes the beach, it’s a 5 minute max walk past the pool through private access and the ocean awaits. Upon your return there’s an outdoor shower for rinsing and multiple decks with a generous amount of comfortable furniture for relaxing while watching boats depart and return from the ICW. The entire Queens Grant community is pet friendly. It was great to see the level of care and consideration responsible pet owners consistently demonstrated by cleaning up after their pets to maintain the integrity of the overall beautiful grounds. Lastly, the homeowner “locals” are super nice and always return a smile and hello with one. The Gemini Dream is actually better than advertised and will not disappoint (**except maybe for those that can’t be pleased)!

This is the second year that we’ve started out on vacation in Topsail. We’ve stayed in another house in this neighborhood, and the homes are beautiful- plenty of space, an elevator for loading and unloading (or for the grandparents!), and a great location on the island. Gemini Dream has an amazing kitchen (I wanted to take the ice machine home with us!). You always hear things like “nicely equipped” and still done know what to expect- this house has EVERYTHING you need to cook and serve up your meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back for more!

This townhouse on the canal was stunning! it looked professionally decorated, had literally everything we could need, and was super-comfortable and relaxing- all at the same time. The nicest house we've stayed in on Topsail and a wonderful realty company. Great experience!

Let me start with the nicely organized towels (and chocolates!) on the bed, beach towels that came in very handy...to the welcome kit that had more than just essentials. Landmark Properties did such an amazing job. The place was basically brand new with impeccable decor, beautiful and comfy furniture, plenty of space, gorgeous kitchen (we cook a lot!), amazing views. Kids loved fishing off the dock and cooling off at the pool. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is comfortable, well maintained, with nice amenities. The elevator was a plus for an elderly grandpa and beloved dog. Chartered a fishing trip and it was convenient being picked up and dropped off on the dock at the house.

The kitchen is wonderful and we loved having a gas stove!!! The location was perfect and we truly loved the peacefulness of the house and the area. Very Enjoyable and Relaxing Week
We loved the property, the finishes and furniture were top notch. I cooked every night and appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked. The only thing I wished for was a large cutting board to cut watermelon. The location was perfect with short and easy walk to the beach. The pool was just a few houses down and was huge. We had family in the area come for the afternoon at the pool and stayed for dinner. Plenty of room to spread out and nice big table to eat. We rented kayaks and bikes and our teenage boys had a blast. Would definitely stay here again. The office on the first floor was perfect for my husband to work out of for the week. It was quiet and away from everyone else. He appreciated the video monitor to hook up his laptop.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Excellent house, loved the floor plan. Elevator was perfect for elderly Grandparents. The kitchen has everything : The chefs of the family were very happy about the kitchen. The house has everything . We enjoyed family dinners on the deck , enjoying the beautiful sunsets and views . We felt at home right away. The property manager was on the ball. She was very responsive to all needs. We had a Wifi issue and was resolved in less than 24hrs. She was excellent. This was the most expensive beach rental I have rented but it was totally worth it! Top notch from the house to the management. The only thing I would change if possible is push the checkout time to 11am. All in all we loved this home and management team.
