Just left our car and walked to all the restaurants, shops and the beach was a minute walk across the bridge. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the tide flow in and out.

This is a wonderful property with an amazing location. Walking distance to the beach and town and the views from the balcony were fabulous. Andy is a very responsive and helpful host! Hope to be back next year.

Absolutely THE BEST experience. We love this place, always have. The views from the balcony are beautiful. The condo was spotless and cozy with everything you could possibly need. And the bed was soooo comfy!! The owner, Andy, was always available to answer any questions. And barely a two minute walk to the beach.....what else could you ask for!?! We will definitely return.

This condo unit was clean and meticulously maintained. The sunrises from the deck were spectacular! The location couldn't be beat; walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Andy, the host of this property, answered all my questions in a very timely manner and was very accommodating. I would definitely not hesitate to rent again in the future!

The place was just as advertised, comfortable and clean with the view over the river across to the beach that we hoped for. The only downside was the construction of the house happening immediately next door. The manager made sure the work did not start until 9am, which helped but there was construction noise most of the day, which made it less pleasant to sit outside on the lovely deck. This should not be an issue for anyone booking for 2024. Just check with Andy when you book to see about the construction schedule if you are booking in 2023.

Traveling with my 18 year old daughter! Place was perfect size for the two of us! Location and view from the deck was wonderful. Great walking distance to restaurants, beach, and Marginal Way! I would definitely stay here again! Quick side note…there was construction next door (a little bit of noise) and some material in parking lot that made it hard to park on the first day but it was moved out of the way on day 2!

Ongunquit is an adorable quaint little town with awesome restaurants. This property was right on the water and immaculately clean and lovely. We will definitely be back again. We met Adam on the way in and he was personable and very welcoming.

we had some minor problems with the tv and the owner and manager were beyond trying to be helpful and couldn't have been more attentive to our issue. the one slight caveat to our stay is that there is construction next door which periodically was loud but the view and the beach were fabulous.

One of my new favorite places! It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay with beautiful views of the river tides and ocean. We enjoyed watching the tides from the deck and the quick walks to the beach,restaurants and marginal way. Really nice location. We hope to be back next year!

The location by itself would have made this a five star review as it is spectacular! The property itself was in excellent condition, well maintained, and immaculately clean. We have already booked for next December. We highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed staying here very much! Andy was great to work with and the location on the water was perfect! Because our visit was later in the year, several places were closed for the season which was disappointing. We still found things to do, but it was just a little more challenging because we missed peak season. The views were incredible and we had a great time celebrating our anniversary!

Spent a fantastic three days here and wish it could’ve been longer. Beautiful property with amazing views and fantastic location. Easy walk to a wonderful sandy beach or take marginal Way coastal Trail to Perkins Cove. They’re both right outside your door. Check in is easy. Andy is great. Easy to reach and is attentive to your questions. Highly recommend

Property as described if not better! Easy to walk right into town or across the bridge to the beach. Plenty of places to grab food and coffee. Easy driving distance to the local art museum, highly recommend, Dover, and Portsmouth as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again!

The condo definitely exceeded my expectations, deck overlooks the water and the condo was immaculate. Saw a double rainbow over the ocean from the deck. Within walking distance to the beach and downtown. Andy the host was very responsive answering questions. 100% will be back.!
