1 Bedroom top floor unit w/ King bed + 1 full Bathroom. Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, sun deck w/ ocean view, 1 parking spot, 2 televisions w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. Once again, we had a wonderful stay. The location is great for the things we like to do when we visit. The place is beautifully kept, consistent and just the right fit for us. We have stayed many times and it definitely is a visit we look forward to. The unit, the view and the location is just great.

The view was great overlooking the Ogunquit river and the south end of the beach. A great deck to get morning sun thru approx 2:00PM and if needed move to front deck for sun thru late afternoon. We enjoyed the short walk to town as well as the Marginal Way. We will be back for sure. Dave
